Nothing bad to say.

Good location, close to subway less than 10 mins from CBD. Property is lovely, all comforts, close to shops. We were lucky to get an upgrade to apartment so we felt very comfortable

This will be a bit long but I will be very fair in this review. I lived in Glasgow for a year and decided to come back for a few days. I chose this hotel because it is very close to the subway which is a plus for me. Bed was comfortable and room was clean but very small; uncomfortable to walk in the room because of its small size. The size of the room is no near to the double bedroom photos on Booking. The hotel is in a quiet part of Glasgow.
The room was super hot when I arrived and when I asked the recepient to turn it off she got offended for unknown reason! The WiFi signal is aweful and I had to go to iCafe to get internet. The ventilation system is very bad and all the breakfast cooking and oil/lard burning (which was disgusting to smell) got into my room on the first floor at 7am! I felt that people were literaly cooking in my room! I used the bed skirt the following day to "seal" the bottom of the door and reduce the amout of terrrible breakfast smell. On my checkout day, I received a phone call at 11:07am reminding me that check out is at 11am which I think is really rude and bad especially as I literally left the room in 5 minutes. In short, I won't stay in this hotel again ever and netiher would I recommend it to anyone.
Excellent location , warm and comfortable accommodation. Would recommend.
Nothing at all
When I booked, the only available room was a triple (only £10 more than a double I think) It was a surprisingly large, very nice room with a lovely, clean en suite with shower cabinet.( I much prefer this to showers over baths) The lady at reception was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was really good, served in a small, homely dining room. I would definitely go back.
Good Location 20 minutes walk from city center
Smaller room than advertised on Booking Not clean enough The shower in the bathroom was very old it leaked and the hot water technology was poor.
very quiet, good location, free street parking on the weekend
shower was not nice - long time to warm up then scalding, hard to get it right.
Excellent staff very helpful, very clean and comfortable room, hotel next to the subway I totally recommend it!
Lack of elevator if you have a heavy bag!
Staff as always were excellent. Very clean and comfortable, great value.
The wifi is very unreliable cutting in and out frequently
Handy location for visiting our daughter who is at University of Glasgow. Nice to have tea-making equipment in bedroom. Good powerful shower. Plenty of space in our room. Plenty of street parking in the vicinity. Close to subway for getting into the city centre.
Room slightly too hot at night, but it might be that we were too tired to fiddle with the rad setting after a night out on the town.
A well placed small Hotel with a good selection of rooms at reasonable prices Close to the Underground at Kelivn Bridge Gwesty bach neis Iawn - agos ir Ddinas
Some might find the absence of a lift or a/c an issue - though not me !
Excellent location, large and comfortable room, clean bathroom with plenty of hot water.
Could use a lift. If you have big luggage you are in trouble. No frequent change of sheets.
The hotel is located in a nice and quiet area in Glasgow. Hotel staff were accommodating and very helpful
Our room on the 1st floor was pretty basic, dull and depsessing. It was tiny with basic facilities (size was far less than 20sq.meters advertised in booking). Overall it was not worth the cost of 80£ per night. Can't really understand the ~8 score in booking.com
Staff very personal, friendly and helpful
The staff was friendly and chaty and helpful
The Albion Hotel is well situated, clean and staff very helpful would recommend staying
Really good location Good breakfast Excellent value Friendly staff
Nothing to dislike
I liked the room and facilities, mentioned the showerhead was a bit dodgy fixed the same day all good
Friendly Staff, very helpful. Room was clean and the bed was comfy.
Comfortable bed, clean room, quiet area.
the location close to the subway and in a quiet street
The room was small, 2nd floor under the roof , very simple furniture, only one window in the roof, therefore there was no view to the outside, unless when standing on the bed. There was black mold in the bathroom and the carpet floor was not cleaned during our stay of 4 nights. Also, there was no lift and a very steep stairway.
The staff are always pleasant and extremely helpful. Accommodation is good quality and always clean. The cooked breakfast is very nice.
No lounge or bar area.
