It was convenient for where my wife and I wanted to go. We did not actually stay at Albion House but at one of the other hotels in the same group. The room was tiny, only enough space for a bed and with very minimal storage space. Really only able to hang up coats, trousers, skirts. No shelving for jumpers, shirts, etc. It could not really be called a hotel. It was simply a b and B. Also, the breakfast room was crowded and we had to not only wait, but also share a table when we did get seated. We only had breakfast on the first day and preferred to go out and purchase breakfast elsewhere. Really only suitable for a one night stay.

We were looking for a room for three people to share, the broom given was just right and the beds very comfortable. A good location as we used it as jumping off point for the Eurostar The ensuite was a little tight for space around the wash hand basin, and on going rennovation meant noise early in the morning. Breakfast was a disappointment very small space and rushed. Probably due to rennovations incomplete

price and location. beds very confortable. staff are nice. rooms are very small. if you request 3 single beds you will recieve 1 single bed and a double. also when you hav a shower it is a disaster as there in nothing to stop the water from flooding the whole bathroom and even part of the room.

It was moderately priced (for London) but perfectly adequate for an overnight stay. It was near Euston, clean and simple. Continental breakfast included. I was a bit nonplussed to have to go to another hotel to check in (there are several hotels close together working as a group with a single manned reception desk servicing them all). The breakfast room was a bit cramped.

Location to St Pancras Station The stairs were too difficult for us to manage. We booked well in advance and would have appreciated a first floor room.

The staff were welcoming and friendly. Room was very small, closet-sized, in fact. Was not expecting it to be so small. Neighborhood did not seem all that safe either.

Spotlessly clean Able to leave luggage at reception on last day. V. close to Kings Cross Shower almost unusable (no space) We were next to the front door which banged shut every time it was used Kept awake by the squeaky floors above Paper thin walls let noise through from street. People hanging about outside - uncomfortable feeling Breakfast was in another hotel up the road. Both times we tried we were unable to get straight in. Decided to eat at a local cafe. It took about 15 minutes to find the reception and then we were taken to a completely different part of the square. I thought it was a different hotel but all part of the same apparently. Don't think we would stay again!

Reception staff were very friendly, Hotel was booked due to location great location near kings cross so did not have to carry bags all way round london. Booked a 3 bed room and really there were just room for a double bed not 3 bed. the shower did not drain away so water went all over the bathroom floor. Were not informed before arrival that the breakfast room in the hotel was for 3 hotels within that chain so it was very cramped when going down to breakfast. There was not much choice at breakfast either just Tea, coffee, juice, ceral and toast would of liked more choice

Modern, comfortable, reasonably priced and clean. A lovely place to stay and close to Kings Cross with means to travel all over London. Would definitely stay again. Breakfast was quite basic and the walls a little thin. Apart from that everything was good.

Absolutely disgusting, dirty bed linen covered in horrible stains and on very scary square with lots of dodgy characters hanging around. Didn't stay there as didn't feel safe and was 7 months pregnant. They didn't live up to their 'free cancellation'

“Bed was clean and comfortable, liked being able to open window. Tea and coffee supplied, -appreciated. Breakfast good, except only one toaster and a queue of 4/5 people all the time to make their toast. Not good if you are catching a train etc.. Liked the fact there was a night receptionist, felt safer, and the receptionists were both very helpful..The location was great only a short walk to station, and the pub on the corner did a good meal at reasonable price.” Eva, Pembroke Dock |
