Excellent location, just a short walk to supermarket, restaurants etc etc Combo washing machine/dryer
Space very tight for international travellers with luggage 3 flights of narrow stairs also a challenge with luggage Having to be out by 10am with cleaner waiting at the door prior to this time
the area and the regular bus service to town
could do with a little shelving for toiletries otherwise very good accomadation
Location was ideal near the popular Clifton area and the layout/furnishings were ideal for a relaxing weekend
Lovely view and great location
The flat smelled of cigarettes
All of above
The shower room could have had a rubber mat in side - very slippery. My elderly mother had a slipped as she put her foot into the shower and had a rather nasty accident. Had there been a mat in the shower this would not have happened.
Clean and comfortable. Helpful staff
No lift and we were on the top floor. Stuffy even with all windows open
Central location close to great cafes, shops and restaurants to suit all budgets. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. Plenty of hot water. Parking space if booked ahead as hard to park in Cotham.
Having a brand new item of clothing stolen from the clothes airer when I left in in the private patio area, note easy to scale the fence so lock up well. The double bed which was very small and meant that my 18 yr old daugther ended up on the couch.
faultless in every way, fantastic apartment and wanted for nothing.
Excellent location between Clifton Cotham and Redland. Pretty quiet in terms of noise from other flats in the building.
Top floor got quite hot - I imagine it would be really hot in summer. Balcony area could have done with a clean.
location not far from restaurants and shops and the apartment was clean , modern decor and facilities were first class, Small garden for the ground floor flat was an added bonus.
We only stayed for a weekend.
Very well looked after apartment and walking distance to town , the triangle and white ladies road. Brilliant.
Super views and good location Very clean and tidy. Kitchen area well provided for.
Disappointing to find 2 blinds minus strips and pull cord on one hanging loose. Also table had 2 loose legs which made for precarious use! For the price paid these things should have been attended to. Appartment on 4th floor without lift access for luggage. Car parking slot allocated was very tight indeed!
The showers could be better!
Well laid out apartment with good cooking facilities and comfortable bed.
Not much lighting in communal areas which seemed a bit dreary in comparison to rooms. Not a great first impression despite a very nice room.
it was great
amount of hot water is not sufficient
this company are money hunters!take care!they charge you for anything!and they charge me for things waht we dont have done!
Everything was clean and well maintained.
There wasn't enough storage even for a couple of nights. Another shelf in the bathroom, and some hooks somewhere would make all the difference.
the parking was a rip off, i was told by one of the staff that the carpark was full and there was one place left and they were going to charge me £7.70 a day and the carpark was empty for all the time i stayed there. and it say sleeps 2 people so i booked with a work mate and when we got there there was 1 double bed, i did email before o got there to checkmhow many beds and i didnt get a reply, my mate had to sleep on the sofa.
Good location. Well equipped apartment.
I can't see how they can justify charging more for car parking.
Apartment was nice and clean and had everything you need. everything was perfect
Parking was difficult really tight
Great value, ticked every box. Just what we needed at a pleasing price
everything apart of the heating
heating not always available
We thought the location was great. We also appreciated that everything was provided and that the flat was clean and warm. I also found the staff helpful and quick when we called them for help with the storage heaters.
The decor is tired and in desperate need of an upgrade and re-decoration. There are scratches on the walls, some stains on the carpet and what looks like damp patches on part of the ceiling near the patio. The patio light didnt work and when we tried to put it on it blew the fuse on all of the strorage heaters, luckily we worked it out and flipped up the switch in the fuse box. Also a 10am check out is far too early! The blinds in the bedroom let in too much light & the window lets in a fair amount of traffic noise. There was also a musty smell when we arrived and the hallway light was not working on the first night. Lastly the charge for parking seems a little steep considering parking is free in local streets from 5pm on Frid until Monday morning and spaces are easy to find. The Alderman apartments in Cabot Mews are much better.
Excellent location for visit to our daughter, a student living in Cotham. Clean and comfortable, equipped well enough for cooking meals if desired.
As we were warned, the car parking was extremely tight. If all the bays were occupied, getting in and out of the car park would be quite taxing.
The apartment was really clean. It was very quiet at night. It was well equipped and comfortable. The instructions were clear and straightforward
The exterior and stair lighting is completely inadequate - you'll need a torch to see the key safe if you arrive after dark.
