Close to train station and easy to get around. Safe, secure and comfortable accommodation.

We liked the best that everything is new, it is very good located and it has very good services.

We stayed 8 days and they could have cleaned in the middle of our holidays instead of the day before we were leaving.

The place has no staff that you would meet or see, it is all either online or over the phone. If you don't have a mobile phone you would suffer with (key finding riddle) and instructions letter. The place has no elevator, and if your appartment is on the 2nd floor and you have lauggage then you would really suffer. I really did not like the self service chek-in and check-out, and if you call asking for further instructions, they would make you feel stupid telling you it is all written in the instruction letter.

La situation géographique Le cadre de l'appartement

L'appartement est assez bien situé (5mn de la gare de Bristol Temple Meads) et 10 mn du centre ville de bristol. L'appartement est très agréable dans une rue calme. Le support téléphonique pour la remise des clefs est efficace

Le petit bémol que je mettrai est sur les rideaux de la chambre qui ne sont pas occultant. (laisse passer la lumière du jour)

Good sized accommodation and the location for this particular visit was very good.

On arrival the key to the apartment was not available, we had to ring and leave messages until we reached someone who instructed us where an emergency key was to get in. The main gates electronic opening mechanism was broken so we were unable to use the secure parking. The apartment was very cold and there was no hot water available. On the plus side the staff tried to put things right but it appears these apartments are better suited to long stay rather than short holiday lets.

Very convenient for the family wedding at St Mary Redcliffe church. Staff responded well to the problems on phob=ne

The booking was made in July for the wedding in October and the balance paid in September. However the week before, I recieved an email to say the appartment was no longer avalilble and I was offered another location or money back. The other location in Clifton would not have been suitable. However the problem was later solved and the original location was available. There were problems finding the key on arrival as the email did not include details of where to find the key. Initially we were told on arrival that the appartment had not been booked. This made the family wedding weekend stressful to start with.

The apartment was rather chilly on arrival-the night storage heaters in main room and hall did not come on timers; I used the booster in the main room eventually. A small point but the hooks securing the blinds in bedroom and bathroom both came away from the wall on use- at this price unexpected.
