Great location and value for money. Free parking close to town. Great facilities

No door mat. We arrived in pouring rain and just had to go straight in onto light carpet with nowhere ton wipe feet.

superb position, bottom of footpath to St. Anns Well and the Malverns. Lovely views, near to town centre. roomy, modern, very quiet Both en suite and bathroom. Good central heating. Excellent flat screen TV and DVD player

very steep drive and narrow entrance. slightly lacking in utensils - salad bowl & servers.

Good location and clean.

Absolutely freezing when we stayed in February. The heating wasn't on when we arrived and the flat was extremely cold. When we found out how to turn it on it seemed to be on a timer and went off at night. The bedrooms were like ice boxes.

Heating wouldn't work in the morning so freezing! Not sure where or how timer works but with young kids, you're up on a Sunday at 0630... so heat is a must.

The toaster set the fire alarm off. Very steep entry drive.

The flat was fair for the money,The bed was not comfortable at all The road leading to the flat is not for the faint hearted as it is literally a hairpin turn down a steep hill.

The bed mattress was awful

The flat was a great choice, particularly as the weather was pretty bad. It had everything you needed for a home from home stay, much more comfortable than sitting in a hotel room looking out at the rain. The location was fantastic, actually on the road you needed to be to get up the Malvern hills, we didn't use the car from the moment we arrived. Near all the pubs, restaurants and shops as well but very quiet location and not overlooked at all, you could see for miles from the windows.

Nothing about the place itself but the very steep narrow street up to the flat and turning into the car park was a bit hairy (you need someone to tell you you're not going to hit the walls either side it's so steep up to the turning and then as steep down into the car park). This wouldn't put me off though.

Easy access to the ground floor flat from the car park.

Entance to the car park is quite narrow with a big car. The flat needed a good spring clean, a few cobwebs in the main bedroom and dusty skirting boards and the carpets cleaned throughout. It needs a coffee table in the living room area. A lack of toilet roll holders in the bathrooms and some coat hooks in the main bathroom.

Close to centre of Malvern

Access to and from car parking, very steep & narrow incline especially in the dark. Some work needed to repair fridge, units and extractor fan.

The view from the flat was lovely and it was nice and close to the town of Great Malvern. The kitchen was well equipped for self-catering and the bedrooms were pleasant.

The kitchen and bathroom could have been cleaner- the fridge in the kitchen smelt,so we didn't use it.

Excellent location. Well furnished.

The shower head connector kept falling off.
