All older children or adults are charged GBP 40.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Reflections offers guests relaxed dining in a sleek modern environment, overlooking a beautiful central courtyard. The menu offers a wide variety of mouth-watering meals including classic favourites, light bites, salads and vegetarian options. The restaurant comes complete with its own champagne bar and funky interiors.
In Flames Courtyard, guests can dine al fresco throughout the summer and well into the crisp autumn months, when a log fire pit will be lit on colder evenings.
Please note that the fine dining restaurant is closed on Sunday and Monday evenings; however, the Reflections restaurant is open 7 days a week.

When we complained about the attic room with restricted headroom we were moved. Also were given a refund of 50% of the cost of our stay due to other problems Several items in the spa did not work, the room was dark and inadequaetely lit so could not read in bed |

The Concierge was very pleasant and welcoming and helpful. We came for a friend's wedding and were comfortable during our stay. The food was very good.We didnt get a chance to use the Spa due to personal reasons but would have felt we would had our full value for money if we had. Some of the rooms were quite dark downstairs and we were all very hot at the wedding. I think the central heating was up a bit.Other than that, we were very well looked after and catered for. |

The room was what we expected, well furnished and well appointed. The Utopia spa facilities are of a very high standard. The location is delightful, well within reach of a lot of things to do, or if you just want to relax it is perfect for that too. The Alexander restaurant was only open at weekends, which we only found out when we got there, however the brasserie was open every day. The distinction between room catergories is just a little confusing "classic" "standard" "superior" all really referring to the same room as the hotel description at the reception differs slightly to the description on the site, but saying that you just make a judgement call. We weren't disappointed, but not pleasantly surprised either! |

The hotel was fantastic and the rooms were even better. The staff the facilities and the surrounding area were perfect. It has to be one of the best hotels in England I have stayed in. The food was lovely, however a little over priced for the portion size. |

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The ambience is very pleasant and relaxing and all facilities are good. It was my friends birthday, and we cheekily asked for a glass of champagne for her. The waiter said, ' no problem' but didnt return with one. When we asked someone else, they said 'ha ha very funny!' |

Friendly helpful staff. Good food though drinks expensive. Great Spa facilities in a lovely surrounding They put us in a room that over looked the kitchen bins on one side and was a bit noisy from an extractor fan form the kitchen. I wondered if this was because we did not book direct with them but the room was still worth the £ charged by booking.com. Normal price of the room was double the price we were charged! |

The general ambiance of the hotel was excellent and the hotel staff were all very courteous and helpful. Bedroom was extremely warm and, due to safely mechanisms on the windows, not very well ventilated. |

All of the staff were unobtrusive but always there ready to help. The setting was idyllic and tranquil ... the design of the spa and the modern rooms were all beautiful. Couldn't have been more relaxing! |

Terrific hotel. Very helpful staff and good attitude. Nothing too much trouble. Lovely pool and spa facilities. Separate steam and sauna for men and women. Men don't have to get involved in all the Spa stuff which is good. Best hotel I have stayed in for a long time. Will definitely take partner for a romantic break on a Monday/Tuesday - best prices. |

Very helpful and friendly staff. Great spa facilities inc. outdoor hot tub. Rooms well designed and generous with great bathrooms. Good atmosphere in the reception areas/ rooms of the original house. Excellent location. The room we were allocated on the first night was very luxurious but noise generated by a large extract duct below the window that runs from 7.30am was disturbing - the hotel quickly arranged another room for us when we asked though and were very apologetic. Food in the brasserie is not up to the standard you would expect for the price - there are much better restaurants in the locality. |
