Excellent location and value for money. Staff also cannot be faulted
Room with a view of a rubbish tip. It all looked so rough out the back. I had a room overlooking the rear of the hotel which was not impressive. It appears to be a communal dumping ground
The location to shops and other amenities was great as it meant I could walk to where I needed to be. Close to the train station, music venues etc. Staff were friendly and the lounge was comfortable
Although there was plenty of food available at breakfast it wasn't very hot, the sausages were over cooked and the eggs were a bit rubbery. Having said that there was a good choice of alternatives on offer.
Due to a family incident we had to cancel our whole trip. The hotel would NOT cancel our stay and the staff were very rude.
Plenty of space in bedroom.
Everyone was helpful and was next to all shops and not far from hydro
location breakfast and helpfull staff
location was excellent.breakfast was very good.
the room was small and drab ,needs refurb.the bed was very hard pillow paper thin.i will not be going there again.if you like a good nights sleep this hotel is not for you.
Lift was very slow.Long wait at times, didn't always feel like 76 upward stairs to floor 3.
Excellent location and reasonable price. Breakfast good.
Very noisy from front street. Sash window old and rattled in wind. Mattress lumpy
Everything except the shower!
Could not regulate shower to suitable temperature, was far to hot
The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, the tv worked and there was lots of tea and coffee available in the room.
The curtains were dirty and there was only one flat pillow per person but all in it was just a bed for the night and it done for that!
The hotel is super nice, there was tea, coffee, biscuits and water waiting in the hotel room
The breakfast was quite poor
lovely room large and modern Breakfast fine. Option to leave luggage on last day
The location close to shops and also train station .
Staff and breakfast
Noisy traffic through the night. Couldn't get wifi.
Big and clean room, comfy bed, fab breakfast, peaceful room.
Nothing really, it was all good.
Breakfast tomatoes cold not cooked tattie scones over cooked along with the bacon could not use a fork easier to use fingers coffee good window did not shut properly very noisy from a generator
near to shops, amenities and central station. helpful staff members
Everything, particularly the dining room and breakfast selection..
Nothing to dislike.
would recomend to friends and familyexcellent value for money service very high standard went above and beyond to make you feelwelcome thankyou.
nothing at all .
wonderful location which is near Glasgow central station with amazing price. staff are nice and helpful.
the duvet and pillows are not comfortable enough...
The staff in the main were helpful. The location was handy for Central station, though rather run down and seedy.
The breakfast was inedible. Brick hard eggs swimming in pools of grease, leathery bacon, stale croissants, uht milk and shelf stable yoghurt full of gums and pectin. Very unpleasant, even my young child refused to eat anything. Our room had no phone in it to call reception, had a broken window (could not shut out traffic noise) and was suffocatingly hot. The television though large was not tuned in and so we could not watch television. Our bathroom was dirty. We suffered from a lot of noise as there was a large pipe in our room and so everytime a toilet flushed upstairs we could hear it. The floor I was on was obviously being renovated and on the way to check out I nearly broke my neck tripping over cables, I also spotted a drill (plugged in) and hacksaw lying unnatended, a clear hazard. The bar (I popped in to buy a can of beer to take to my room) was run by an extremely surly young man.
Beds were comfortable, there were 6 of us travelling and all 3 rooms were spotless. Breakfast was good, hot and freshly cooked
The traffic noise in rooms at the front lasted all night. 3 hours sleep on the 1st night and only had more with purchase of earplugs on the 2nd. 2 of our group had to change rooms
The hotel was very good we was pleased with our stay the breakfast was lovely the only down fall was not enough coffee and milk left in the room I would recomend and if came to glasgow would stay in same hotel again
