the only thing i liked about the hotel was the location the hotel is a kip and i spent half my time waiting on the lift its older than my great granfather and when your walking down the hallway there is all little lumps and pot holes in the floor if you where old or had something wrong wit your legs you would break your neck i would never stay there again. |

Friendly staff, good breakfast, ideal location for trains, shopping and night life. On arrival we were told the rooms were not ready and to return after 2pm we returned around 5pm checked in and went to our rooms, which had not been cleaned. We were told new rooms would be allocated - which were. Windows not double glazed so alot of noise from street. |

The bedroom was ok the bathroom could be improved ( despite the refirbishment) The residents bar was poor. Inadequetly staffed and beer available in cans only. Reception told me I would be able to charge drinks etc to my room only to find that the bar staff (confirmed by the manager 0 said I couldn't |

Very good location close to mainline stations and principal shopping streets. Tour bus stop almost opposite. Excellent cooked breakfast. Much of street on which it is located is awaiting redevelopment. Boarded -up building opposite not very attractive ! |

I thought this hotel was excellent value for money. There was a slight hiccup on arrival - I had requested a twin room and somehow our reservation had been altered, this was swiftly sorted. There was a good choice for breakfast which was served buffet style. |

At first I thought it would be noisy but fortunately the Argyll St.traffic is much reduced during the night. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The proximity to Central Station is a major asset. Breakfast. I would prefer wholemeal bread and hot water so that tea could be made fresh not "stewed".The hot food was not covered so cooled quickly. |

Good breakfast, free wifi in the lounge area, very central for shopping and close to train station. Friendly staff, nice big executive room. Lcd tv'S. Lovely! Lift was very slow! Not really a problem but could do with an upgrade! |
