I was happy
Location of the hotel is ideal for everything you would want to do in Glasgow. The breakfast is absolutely excelent
Excellent place to stay for the night. breakfast was excellent and cleanliness excellent.
Being a bit pickie but another bedside cabinet would have been good.
Breakfast and Central location
Manner of reception
We booked the executive room which was very spacious. It included a comfy chair and sofa. The large bed was also extremely comfortable. Plenty of storage space. Very large en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. Room located on top flower was very quiet. No external noise as room was located at the back of the building.
Stayed for two night and the TV reception was shocking for the duration of our visit. Picture constantly breaking up and pixellating. It was impossible to watch.
As a couple to visit Glasgow regularly, we appreciate good value accommodation & were very pleased with the hotel.
Clean comfortable and great location hotel. Breakfast was buffet style with a good tasty variety. Most things were excellent about this hotel.
No phone in room. Long wait for lift.
Loved the location and the hotel was really nice. Would 100% go back
Check out time was bit early. That is all
The bed was very hard... Struggled to sleep. The window in our room let in a draft and was noisy, doesn't help with the teens outside in the street smashing glass so loudly. The door didn't reach the floor, there was about 1-2 inches underneath. We had to put a towel down. The lift, very slow and annoying. The receptionist, rude and rushed you.
I loved the size and the beds were extremely comfy and also the sofas and coffee table was a nice extra
The windows opened fully extremely dangerous
This hotel is very central within easy walking distance of the main shopping area. The bedroom was very comfortable with a large bed - we were in the deluxe room. The breakfast was hot with a good selection although the fruit came out of a tin.
The lift was very slow. The telephone in our room didn't work and as we were on the 5th floor had to run down all the stairs to reception. Also, our shower was either very hot or very cold. On our last evening we had a water leak in our ceiling. It wasn't near the bed so were able to put up with it but the staff didn't get very excited!
Polite and friendly staff Breakfast options Good Wi-Fi great location
Bed - hard mattress for my liking Very poor water pressure on the fourth floor. can do with little cleaning of curtains window doesn't latches on completely making noise when wind blew and cold air inside the room. Heater was good and running all night so it was ok
The location of the hotel is brilliant right in the center ,just a few minutes walk to the shops and railway station . There is also a wetherspoons next door very handy, the breakfast in the hotel was excellent.
The hotel has been a stunning building in its time,it just needs a little tlc,on saying that the beds were clean and comfy and the tea making facility was great really enjoyed my stay and would stay again .
location was excellent, check in quick and hassle free, room was spacious and clean, great touch having bottled water, breakfast was brill, would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate in staying here again
nothing, no complaints at all
Breakfast was excellent. Full English buffet, as much as you wanted.
The interior was rather seedy, although the bathroom was new. I think it is past its prime.
City centre location. Great price and all the basic facilities you'll need. Billed as a single room but bigger than some doubles I've seen. Nice modern bathroom. Bottled water in the room with tea, coffee and biscuits. Excellent all round
Not much. General decor is a little bit threadbare in places - but what do you want in a budget hotel?
The hotel was a lovely find on booking.com. It was perfectly situated near the train station, shops and plenty of places to eat. The hotel had a lovely spacious room, a great shower and good enough wifi for what we needed. Overall, it was a bargain for £88 I absolutely recommend it.
We thought just about everything was good . Enjoyed our stay very much and will stay again :)
Just opposite where my business event was taking place, so perfect location. Also quite a big room for the price.
Breakfast wasn't the best.
The location is very close to Central Station. The workers were very nice and tried their best to help me at all times. My room was nice and warm upon arrival. The breakfast was hot and delicious.
The lift was very slow and old... Thought it was going to break every time I used it!
Very convenient location for city shops and nightlife. Very spacious room with large bathroom and excellent hot shower.
Breakfast was adequate but I think quality could be improved. There is plenty of choice but I think they would be better reducing the number of hot items and improving the quality of those that remain. The staff in the breakfast room are very welcoming and friendly.
Turned up to check in and was greeted by a receptionist and a gentle who both smelt like they had been on the wine! Got in to room it was very dirty!!
Size of the room, bright and airy. Quiet despite being on the main road.
No need to nit pick.
