I stayed 2 nights, and on both mornings I was awaken by staff talking loudly outside well before 7am. On the first morning I was even rudly awakened by the sound of water as they washed the footpath outside (my room was a basement / lower ground level and they even closed my window from outside so they could clean. I imagin a lone female would have felt very vulnerable! |

The room was clean. Building out of date, rooms are small, walls needed painting. I see why they made you pay up front! |

It was alright but they can do much better... The very narrow and steep stairway..Also the fact that my room was on the fourth floor with no lift was not that appealing! |

Brilliant shower for a low-star hotel.Clean room, well laid out for a small twin room, which we only needed to sleep in. Very comfortable firm beds and pillows (bad quality hotel pillows are a bug-bear of mine). Access to the hotel 24hours. Breakfast was not very good (if I had paid any more for my room, this would have irritated me). Tea in particular was awful, but this seemed to be a city wide problem! As an Irish gal, the UK, particularly England, is an attractive destination because one can expect a good cup of tea. Not so in London it appears. By the way, best cup I had was in the V&A, pricey, but worth it! |

Location (nearby underground on walking distance), bed, shower. Although it was a small room with a small bath room I would go back again to this hotel. When t.v. and space is important for you then it will be better for you to go to another hotel. For us it was not a problem as we only slept there. |

To our surprise, our room was in the basement!!. There was only a window with a view to a dirty and sad inner courtyard. The bath was tiny and plastic made like the ones in the airplanes. |

They are presenting for the site some information and they give you something else. They gave us rooms in other building across the street with no elevator, very tight stairs, no reception, small rooms. |

Beliggenhet, kort vei til Paddington Stasjon De ansatte aner ikke hva kundeservice er! Etter at hotellrommet vårt brant ned, fikk vi ikke noe hjelp fra de ansatte. Booking.com var derimot svært behjelpelig! |

La situation géographique… : 5 ou 6 arrêts (ligne direct) de métro de la station St Pancras station (Eurostar) 5 ou 6 arrêts du centre ville. Il ne faut pas s'attendre à un 3 étoiles (Françcais, Belge ou Espagne).. Pour moi c'est même pas un 2 étoiles.. Le petit déjeuné.. Vraiment pas terrible |

Que está muy bien comunicado con las estaciones de Paddington y el metro de Lancaster Road. El sitio es tranquilo y agradable. Hay muchos sitios cerca para comer muy bien de precio, tiendas, pubs... Está muy cerca de Hyde Park y Oxford Street, se puede ir andando en poco rato Nos dieron una habitación en lo alto ( en el tejado casi) a la que había que subir por unas escaleras horrorosas, ya que el ascensor no llegaba hasta allí.La hora del desayuno es solo hasta las 8,45 y no está señalizada en ningún letrero, podían ponerlo más claro, en la puerta del dining room por ejemplo o avisarlo al hacer la entrada. |

muy bien situado, zona tranquila y con facil accesos (autobus y metro ) el desayuno un poco incompleto, se debería añadir algo caliente (huevos, revuelto, etc.) no había leche caliente pero la pedimos y no nos pusieron ninguna pega. Estuvimos en una habitación para cuatro y el baño y el armario eran pequeños para los cuatro. |
