Staff were very good. Excellent budget hotel

Very convenient location; charming and elegant 19th-century building; 24-hour reception; pleasant continental breakfast included in price

The bedroom tv never works very well, and I have stayed in more than one room there; the only communal room is the lobby with the pc in the corner, and it would be desirable to have another, perhaps with a little bar and/or tv; generally it's a bit shabby

Very convenient for those arriving in London via Paddington station. Easy to get to tourist places from this location. Lots of amenities nearby - restaurants, souvenir shops, mainline trains and underground, only a couple of blocks from Kensington Gardens.

Breakfast disappointing. No cooked breakfast, but even the cold one could have been improved quite easily, and relatively inexpensively from the hotel's point of view, by providing whole wheat as well as white toast, and perhaps real cheese instead of processed slices. There was sufficient quantity, however. In the rooms it would have been nice to have a bathmat, and a hook to hang clothes or towel while showering.

Si reservas en este hotel te encontrarás la sorpresa de que cuando llegas te trasladan al hotel Seymour porque han dado tus habitaciones a pesar de haberles escrito previamnete un e.mail confirmando la hora y día de llegada, y te mandan al hotel de enfrente de peor calidad.El desayuno poco variado.

Este hotel parece una pensión de una estrella en España, hay otros mejores en la misma calle por el mismo precio. Y si reservas habitaciones con cama de matrimonio que por cierto te cuesta 10 libras más, olvidate porque te ven a dar lo que tengan disponible, es mejor no pagar esas 10 libras y cuando llegas la solicitas si hay disponibilidad

Gute Lage des Hotels und das Preis-/Leistung-Verhälnis.

Unsauberes Zimmer. Drei große Blutflecken auf der Matratze ( von der Vorbesucherin hinterlassen ). Die Matratze hätte m.E. mit Wasser gereinigt werden können. Kein Shampoo im Bad, nur 5 kleine Seifenstücke.

chambre non insonorisée, donnant sur rue bruyante, coin toilette un peu minuscule.

Beliggenheten var utrolig bra, for den prisen jeg betalte.

Kanskje litt dårlig plassering av dusj, som jeg hadde I selve rommet og ikke på badet.

åPen resepsjon hele døgnet. Beliggenhet med nærhet til Paddington Station og til Oxford Street samt Hyde Park.

Lite vennlighet, frokostpersonale så meget sure ut. Frokost ble ryddet bort før frokostserveringen skulle være ferdig. Lite utvalg mht. Drikke til frokost.

God beliggenhed I forhold til trafik. Ingen uro eller støj.

Værelset var for lille.Toilet og bad for småt. Der var ingen opholdsfaciliteter udover en sofa I receptionen.

Su ubicación es la mejor cualidad del hotel. Desayuno, limpieza y servicios también son buenos cumpliendo con lo esperado.

Tiene un edificio anexo al central donde me toco hospedarme y como son pocas habitaciones no todo es muy controlado lo cual es muy ruidoso dependiendo quien tengas en la habitación adyacente.

Ontbijt was matig. Elke dag hetzelfde valt toch wel tegen. Iets meer keus zou ook aardig zijn. (Broodjes ipv toast; een eitje erbij; echte jus d'orange) 2 persoons-kamer mocht wel iets groter..voor 2 volw.(kamer 231)
