Bed very comfy
Lighting bit dim. Just needed a bit of a better light to put my makeup on!
Value for money, great breakfast, helpful friendly staff,
Couldn't open any windows so room was very hot and stuffy
The hotel was great and in brilliant location, room was really big and very clean, breakfast was really nice, and really nice reception girl, very pretty and really nice to talk to, very helpfull.
Nothing all was good
Location was great. Room was clean. Staff helpful. Price was excellent.
Room was tiny, cold tap in en suite was loose also cracked toilet seat and cold shower in morning. Parking was cramped especially as some one had decided to block access to spaces which staff said would be moved but was still there around midnight.
Alison, this lass was very helpful all round particularly with my elderly mum.
Small rooms, tired rooms
We liked the location
Room situated next to entrance for reception, security lights shone into room all night, curtains inadequate to keep out light also shower room very small.
The location was great and the room really comfortable.
No hairdryer in the room but was given one on request. Curtains could be a bit thicker as I was near the front entrance and the lights were quite bright.
The staff where polite and nice while the room was clean and tidy.
Only down side was that the window in the room didn't open everything else was excellent.
it was quite hard to find my room after booking in, was only given directions and would have preferred taking me to my room as the staff did not seem very helpful when first meeting. on our leaving the staff seemed more pleasant
all the staff very friendly and helpfull. food excellent.good position for shops, pier and beach.
Friendly helpful owner Nice breakfast Close to shops and Promanade Free parking
Tiny basin in bathroom Tiny wrongly proportioned TV in room Tile grout needing renewing in shower cubicle Cramped parking spaces
Really friendly fun staff, great fast service great location, super comfy beds.
cleanliness and being made welcome
would prefer to have had a downstairs room on the front due to mobility, although our room was good so another time of which there will be, I will ask about it.
The location was very good and the beds and bathroom clean
These rooms do not reach minimum standard.
Location of hotel Beds were comfy Breakfast was very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Our ground floor room looked out onto Three walls and a drain. The glass shelf above the sink was falling off the wall. (room 16).
Staff were good, food fine, room not the best. Built in kitchen in the wall not that good. Location fine.
Room quite small, small bathroom, no bath, didn't like the built in kitchen, no wardrobes.
Good position within town.
window no opening. room stuffy very hot. spiders crawing. when we tried to open window, my friend fell and broke her ankle until then the room was changed. She is really in pain now and will be making claims.
Comfortable, quiet and very close to all we wanted to see.
The one thing we both didn't like was that the double bed was in fact two singles pushed together....
the location was very good.
the hotel needs up dating.
The room, sheets, en suite was clean. I was at the back of the building so quiet at night. All very basic but did have my own TV and tea making facilities.
Room very small. I did request a single room but I expected a little more space. Car park very tight. I was boxed in on the first evening and had to ask people to move their cars. Very basic, no frills guest house.
location of the hotel was great. We had breakfast which was very nice and cooked to order with good menu choice. Clean and tidy. Car park on site.
The bathroom was a bit on the small side and parking was tight.
Spotlessly clean Comfy bed Parking Friendly staff Great food Great location Good price
