Good location in quiet road, 5 min walk from main shopping streets. Long stay car park close by. Bed firm but still comfy. |

Friendly helpful staff, clean comfortable room, good value, quiet out of season, easy walk into town centre. In common with much of st helier, car parking is not available on site. Once explained, however, the arrangements are fine for the able bodied. |

There was a professional and friendly atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and well furnished. Breakfast was good.The wireless internet worked perfectly. Amanda went out of her way to help us. My mother has difficulty walking and the ground floor room she was given was ideal. The hotel does not have a lift and alot of stairs, the information on the internet did not indicate this. |

proximity to town, very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very cramped, too much furniture for the size of room. A larger person would not be able to fit through the gap between the bed and washbasin! The breakfast had very poor quality bacon and sausage. |

Friendly staff, clean rooms, good location and reasonable value for money. Breakfast was ok but tinned tomatoes were not! Soap in bathroom was removed on the first morning and not replaced. 'Guesthouse' would be a better description than hotel however this is not meant in an insulting way, just that its small and comfortable. |
