The hotel is located only 1 minuit from the King's closs station which is very convinience. And the staff are very kind and helpful. The room is very clean. Absolutely I will go the hotel when I go to London again. Thank you so much. I like all of the hotel. If the breakfast is variety, it would be much better. But I like the English breakfast sausage which I ate every day.

The location was a definite advantage for me as I could easily get to everywhere I wanted to visit by foot or by short tube journeys. I thought I would be OK with a single room with the bathroom separate but as it turns out this was a mistake, I would not book that sort of room again. I'd prefer it if the hotel only had en suite rooms. The breakfast room was very busy and you had to queue to get a table. This might simply have been the time I went down for breakfast but did throw my plans out slightly. The breakfast itself was fine though, and the staff friendly and helpful.

I was received courteously and efficiently. The room, though small, was spotlessly clean and excellent use was made of the space available, so that I did not feel cramped. I was there for one night only, but I was made to feel welcome and its location is extremely convenient for many of the attractions of London. I shall use this hotel on the rare occasions that I need to stay in London I found nothing that I did not like about this hotel.

Close location for eurostar, receptionest was helpful & friendly, Chef was oblighing. Clean rooms we travelled with an older couple in their late 60`s.. There was no lift & the stairs were very narrow, it was difficult getting themselves upstairs with their luggage as we were on the 3rd Floor. The baathrooms & toilets were shared.

Very close to King's Cross and you could leave your luggage there till later The room was down very windy stairs in an annex and the breakfast room the same, nothing was said about this could affect people who have some mobility issues. The bathroom was tiny with no working ventilation and you could hardly turn round in it.

The room was small for 4 people with only one chair, the beds however were comfortable. We could not get the radiator to work and the room next to ours had a faulty extractor fan which made a terrible noise in the night. All in all though it was good and clean, the breakfast was ok although the waiting area was tiny and very busy. The hotel allowed us to leave our luggage before and after check in which was very good.

It was very close to King's Cross transportation. It was clean and had reliable free wi-fi. The breakfast was hot and good and the shower had a removable wand. I felt safe although I was traveling alone. The bed was firm and comfortable and extra wool blankets were provided. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very small and no washcloth, tissues, or shampoo were provided. There was no lift and the stairs were very steep and narrow.

As we were going to Paris the next day we thought a night stay close to St Pancreas from where we were traveling, feedback was good so we booked this hotel ! Im sorry to say that this should be classed as a Guest house and not a hotel, the rooms although clean and comfortable were very small, no bar so that you can have a drink, it was not what he have been used to.

Location was good, easy to get to from the train station and close to Euston The hotel are actualy houses that has been rebuild. my rom was the old kitchen. next to it the heating and boiler room. This was very noisy . Also the Wifi was a very weak signal and the internet connection was slow. I needed good internet for work :( The floors are covered with carpets. Not very clean !!

Nothing much - apart from the location, close to St. Pancras The smallest hotelroom I`ve ever stayed in. Very poor value for money at 101.- £! The room including the tiny bathroom, was about 6 m2. the bed placed under the window to the street, with curtains next to impossible to close. No toiletries, no hairdryer, not even a telephone in the room. Narrow bed with uncomfortable mattress covered in some kind of plastic. Breakfast was meagre and uninteresting as well. Compared to another hotel nearby that I stayed in at the same period, where I payed 54 £ for a big, nice room with bathroom and very good breakfast, this was not a good experience.

It was very convenient to the tube and St. Pancras train station, which I needed to get to early in the morning. Was easy to walk there even with my luggage. They had a nice breakfast setting downstairs in the morning, but I was too rushed to sit and eat, but I grabbed a few things that were portable (fruit, etc). The shower and toilet were near my room in the hall and there was never a wait for either one. The price was pretty reasonable. It also had a window that actually opened and it was nice to have fresh air in the evening. Mostly I liked this hotel, but found the hallways and staircases very narrow and difficult to maneuver through with all my luggage. My room was on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator which is somewhat inconvenient, as I had spent the entire day walking and siteseeing and really didn't feel like running up all those stairs again. They did have someone carry my large bag upstairs for me when I checked in. Another thing I found odd was I couldn't find any electrical outlets in my room and had no way to recharge my cell phone, which was a problem. The other guests were relatively quiet but you could really hear hallway noise, more so than in other places I stayed.
