Clean and uncomplicated. Friendly staff and a good breakfast. Very close to Kings Cross St Pancras and therefore very central. Within walking distance of the West End. If it's busy one might have to queue to get a place for breakfast in the breakfast room. The walls are thin so that noise may be a problem it one's unlucky. There is a police station close by and the sirens on a wekend night can be quite annoying - this isn't the fault of the hotel though and I'd bet that most people living in London suffer from the same "problem". |

Friendly Bedding could use improvement. Washroom was very small, but serviceable. I found I had to be careful on the stairs since they were right outside my door. |

Convienent for the City and St Pancras International. Friendly staff. For a B&B in central London and for the price I was satisfied with the hotel on the whole The shared showers can be an inconvenience but would not stop me staying there again |

Its close proximity to St Pancras Station and that they were able to offer us a quietish room at the back of the annexe Being told on arrival that we were in an annexe on the opposite side of the road - it was raining! Had therefore to cross over each time for breakfast, return to room, check out. |

The hotel is very close to King's Cross station and from there you can get anywhere in London or Europe for that matter. First of all, the shower stall on the first floor near Room 3 was clogged for 2 days even after I mentioned it 2 times. The light in the bathroom was out for the first day so it was fun aiming for the toilet. The bathrooms are so small, you can barely close the doors. They had issues with my credit card which ended in my friend going through hell to pay for 1/2 the room. They charged my card 2 times... but then never charged the total amount? It's baffling and it created huge problems. I paid 69/night and then found out that if you call this hotel directly, you can get the room for 60/night. |

My stay in the hotel was excellent overall. Location is close to the station. Staff are great and helpful. They carried my luggage up and down the stairs until top floor. Breakfast is heavy and great, full english breakfast included. Wonderful. Wifi on the top floor is not working so I had to be in the breakfast room which kind enough allowed to use during the night |

We like the excellent location and the perfect breakfasts, we like also that the room was large and the mattress were very comfortable. There were 3 extremely inconvenient things: There were no hooks to hang towels nearby washbasin and nearby shower-room; there were no shelf into the douche to put shampoo-conditioner-soap; the roll of toilet paper fell down all the time from its hook. |

Excellent location close to King's Cross/St. Pancras station. Nice, generous breakfast. Rooms are on the smaller side. Shared shower on third floor has a strange configuration. Free WiFi connection on third floor was unreliable. |

It is very near to public transports. Security is good. Breakfast croissant, milk, toast are good. Design of furniture for small room space could be better than this. |

tourism Outside noise from the busy street, most of the evening. Bathrooms were inconvenient, to say the least. The rooms themselves were adequate. A good buy but you get what you pay for. |
