Very very clean and quiet
Room was quite small but enough space for 1 person. Stairways were thin and breakfast was a bit cramped
Very central location, but quiet at night. Very clean and comfortable and had everything needed for a short break in the middle of the city! Fantastic location for getting about London. We loved breakfast - nicely cooked and quickly served. Good value hotel.
Accommodation is not spacious but perfectly acceptable considering the low cost.
Breakfast is cooked for each guest so is not lukewarm. Room clean with modern shower and free Wi-Fi.
We were upgraded to an appartment which was excellent. It had a kitchen and sitting room and was beautifully fitted out. The breakfast was lovely and the manager kindly said that I could leave my bag in reception so I didn't have to carry it around all day.
Location as we were travelling on Eurostar Friendly ,helpful staff This is the second time I have stayed at the Alhambra .
Pillows were too soft.
Friendly professional staff. Clean smoke free rooms. Great location.
No veggie option cooked breakfast. Eg. veggie sausages.
So close to Kings Cross station Helpful staff Good breakfast
We enjoyed the good daily breakfasts. Staff members were generally very warm and helpful. Wifi signal was good. Clean room
Room was a little cramped, bathroom also
Close to Kings Cross and several tube lines. Quiet street.Nice freshly cooked breakfast. Very clean. Decent shower.
Room very hot in summer. No air con and only a tiny fan. Doors slam loudly. can hear neighbours coming and going.
Proximity to KX station Staff were helpful
Noise from trains rumbling - noticeable but not terrible until tubes stop about midnight
Location. Very nice staff and a clean and fresh property.
Too many stairs for older people to carry their suitcases.
Everything was very
ROOM WAS AT TOP OF THE HOUSE;STAIRS GOT NARROWER AS YOU WENT UP; CARRYING HEAVY BAG UP AND DOWM WAS PRECARIOUS; HAD TO CATCH EARLY TRAIN(EURO STAR) SO HAD NO !! BREAKFAST(AND NO COMPENSATION) VERY NOISY THROUGH THE NIGHT.
the noise of the undergrund
Rooms and bathrooms were clean n breakfast was good.
stairway is very small n have to walk up with bags. No assistance for your bags to carry to your rooms which is at 2nd floor.
Stay here regularly - all good.
Can be noisy outside if you're a light sleeper.
Good value for money would stay again five stars from us
Quiet, small but clean and comfy, very nice welcome from reception.
Bathroom would be tight for a larger person!
The proximity of kings cross station and our meeting place.
The breakfast! Nearness to train stations but very quiet!
Climbing all the stairs to room with suitcases
Very friendly staff Good wifi reception Early breakfast in order for us to catch an early Eurostar.
Room in the 'annex' (across the road) was small with no view but perfectly adequate for a one or two night stay.
Good English breakfast. Close to St Pancreas station
Too hot in the shower room and would of preferred a room on a lower floor, was on the top floor.
My accomodation at the down ground basement of the Alhambra Hotel was marked as upgraded staying by the hotel staff. Room somewhat claustrofobic, poor breakfast.
Located walking distance Eurostrar Station. Clean with separate shower and toilet. Tea/Coffee making provided.
Stayed as 2 related mature females. Didn't know room was across street with no reception area for added security in this "rough on the edges" part of London. Inadequate space in shower room and I am very small! We were charged a fee for paying by Credit Card which I explained no other well established hotel in London and countryside (3 ) had done and was more money than the total quoted on Booking Confirmation. Another patron also queried their payment asking partner to check account after paying it - ? We had to pay it and no conversation with owner next morning took place, as promised to resolve.
