View over marina.Staff were very friendly & accommodating.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Matress needs upgrading.
This was our second stay at this hotel ,staff are helpful and courteous.the meal in the hotel restaurant was both affordable and delicious.the room clean and comfortable .will definitely go back .
Not enough complimentary milk ,coffee and tea ...only a silly thing !!!!
I liked everything on this Hotel.
location. Friendly staff.
Large king size bed and large glass floor to ceiling window/doors with balcony overlooking the marina. Lovely to lie on the bed reading and watching the sun go down over the boats. Staff were all helpful and friendly.
Room 245 only had half a window and half a balcony & the bed was at the opposite end to the window so you couldn't lie on it and see the view. Fortunately there were other rooms available and the staff were very helpful in moving us. I do think this room should be offered at a cheaper price.
Location, overall quality and cleanliness of the hotel. free parking. nice breakfast. friendly staff..
Pillows were too hard / high
Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, plenty of choice of places to eat right on the doorstep
It was very windy and it was blowing through the window/door, bed wasn't the most comfortable, and the room wasn't as big as thought
Very comfortable. Great food and really nice staff. Decor reminded us of being on a cruise ship - quite a nautical theme in a minimalist way.
Room was really warm, hard to get temperature to a suitable level, but not really much of an issue.
The whole look and feel of the hotel. Quite modern interior, but everything was clean and very well presented. The staff were freindly and helpful. Would stay there again.
Modern, clean, fresh.
There are signs of wear and tear, needs a slight refurb given the price.
Clean, stylish interior Comfortable bedroom Wonderful views of the marina from balcony, bar and dining room. The staff are charming and helpful, particularly the Chinese lady in the dining room, as as well as the other dining room staff
(Quite minor) The cocktail range was quite limited and it might be good to have a pianist in the bar/lounge on occasion.
The ambiance, staff were so friendly and helpful.
Room booked was for an inland view but they gave us a free upgrade to a sea view.Excellent outlook overlooking Brighton marina.Hotel fab! No complaints.Staff very friendly ,couldn't do enough for us.
Minor point .Slight brown stain on duvet but this was probably a laundry stain as it was otherwise spotless.
Lovely staff, unasked for upgrade, well appointed and luxurious room and bathroom...can't fault it!!
Lounge bar and dining areas
The room was cold, white, the wind came through the windows. The toilet position means a tall person would have their knees jammed against wall and there was a greasy handprint on wall by wc. Emails full of spelling mistakes!
Chairs in room were very uncomfortable no wardrobes for clothes, rack hung over tea and coffee making facilities not very hygienic. The noice at night was horrendous, for the price the hotel charged we found it very poor.will not visit again. A C Barber
Modern, clean hotel in great location. Breakfast top quality food and service.
Noisy guests come in in the middle of the night. The bedroom balcony wasn't big enough to sit out with table and chairs which we thought would be nice as it looks over the harbour.
The staff were friendly, the room was lovely, the view stunning, surrounded by restaurants and easy access to everything brighton has to offer!
Being incredibly picky and only because the survey has asked for a negative, but the toilet didn't leave much leg room and there was a black scuff on the ceiling from furniture being moved. This in no way spoilt the holiday or had any impact on our enjoyment
Perfect place to stay views from hotel overlooking the marina during breakfast to die for, with plenty of on site restaurants and shops, parkings a dream at no charge
Breakfast was a bit cold
Room was spacious. Bathroom had two sinks which is useful in mornings. Decent sound dock for iPod. Loads of storage space/drawers.
Walls very thin, noisy bar at night. Cold toast, very fatty uncrispped bacon for breakfasts. Slightly overpriced without many amenities/gym/pool etc...
FOR THE ONE NIGHT IT WAS ALL EXCELLENT.
Lovely hotel with excellent staff. Location fine for our visit that centred on Kemp Town in Brighton.
Location not ideal if you're looking to visit the centre of Brighton.
Had a lovely time, reception were extremely helpful. Being able to park the car and forget about it was a major factor in our choice and we weren't disappointed. Beautiful bedding, complementary products in the bathroom and a contemporary feel.
My only criticism was the pillows which were too big and firm.
