It was very relaxing, near to the boardwalk to wander around the Marina and visit some nice restaurants. A very pleasant stay even though it was on business. |

it is nearby all the resturants and a realy good location for a amazing view of the marina. Close to the beach. the bar and resturant is really nice in the hotel. the lobby was very modern and relaxing. i really did not like that i spent alot of money per night for such a small room. It felt like it was a single room with just a double bed put in to it. i am just glad u booked a seaside view with balcony otherwise it would have been soo small. i mean even the balcony was soo small. definatly didnt expect it frm looking at the pictures shown on the site. there was no cupboard so i had to leave all my clothes in my suitcase which eventualy was all un wearable due to not even having an iron nor iron board. half of the channels was not even working on tv. |

Very chilled and relaxing - nice decor and lovely bed! Breakfast was very sloppy and slow, plus the restuarant was not terriblly efficeint. Awful toast and no black pudding. |

I loved the decor - a blend of nautical and old fashioned comfy furniture in the hallways. Lovely breakfast too. Our room (216) was excessively hot. The radiators were not on. We opened the windows and put the fan on, but it didn't make a lot of difference. If this was the case in October, I would not like to be staying in the summer. |

The hotel is very clean and appeared to be well maintained. The room was very comfortable and included everything you would need for a stay away. The cooked breakfast was rather disappointing unless I was mistakenly given a childs portion. For the price paid the room was relatively small. In my opinion the rate does not reflect what you get in return. |

Very nice modern hotel. We stayed in a double room with marina view and was not disappointed at all. All the staff that we came in contact with were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant at first seemed quite expensive but they were running a special offer of 20% discount for guests and this made it more affordable and the food was absolutely first class.Very relaxing ambience in the main bar and a great selection of cocktails. The room was maybe a bit on the small side for the price. |

Helpful staff. Good view from the front rooms. Excellent breakfast (even lose leaf tea!) also with great views. Bed comfortable. Rather hot (no air con) and poor sound insulation |

Great hotel and concept let down by poorly trained staff and bad facilities. The breakfast buffet was world class, really excellent and the staff were great, especially laura. Lots of disapointments. it was baking hot and there was no aircon in the room. the staff said they would send a portable unit and then they never did, they called later and rudely asked why cant we just use the fan? Then they said again they would send the portable unit and then they never did. they even lied and said none of the rooms had air con but when i asked the room cleaning staff they pointed to another wing and said 23 rooms there have aircon. Why Lie? I also noticed that the skirting boards in our room were filthy. and when i requested a check out at 12 o'clock instead of 11 they said No! make it 11.30 latest. of all the many hotels i been in around the world thats the first time that happened. i felt they were awful staff. |
