We have stayed maybe 4 or 5 times and recomended it to friends You bet. Being woken at 1am by the disco beneath us, moving rooms at 1.30 am and not being offerd any rate reduction or good will in the morning! We were so shocked by the duty managers attitude that we left early! Needless to say our friends we had taken with us, 2 couples, left with a great first impression of the hotel! We used to love it there, whats going on? |

Superb Staff and excellent bar area. Breakfast was excellent and a great choice. Location is 10 out of 10. Room is a little basic, but would probably be classed as contempary. If you like the minimalistic look, then this is the place to go. |

Location (other than car park) Distance from car park.lack of porterage when arriving.top shelves of clothes storage area dirty on top shelf. very little choice of drinks in the bar. no beer on draught only bitter was in a 275 small bottle.I booked a king room with balcony which was much smaller than most of the others. no explanation was given and the hotel was not fully booked by any means. |

Every member of staff that we came across during our stay were very pleasant and welcoming, from the front desk, bar staff through to a cleaner the following morning. We both thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone. |

Very little. If i had paid full price for this room i would have complained. £89 was bad enought for what we got. I thought it was badly designed, with the toilett facing the wall and just enough room for your knees. The shower was alright if you don't mind your hair getting wet, as it feeds from above. Then in the bedroom the tv/ wardrobe/ suitcase stand was awful. You can't watch telly with your clothes hanging and you need to be tall to reach to put your suitcase away. Also marks on the walls. The breakfast was alright, but at £13 a head, definately not worth it, however the service was attentive. Very dissappointed as it read excellent. |

Rooms very small with no wardrobe. Room service breakfast arrived 45 minutes late; no compensation offered. Room much too hot, even though heating turned off. |

Friendly staff all over the place, very clean room and delicious choice of soap. Great restaurants nearby, relaxing area which brings out many people even on a fresh autumn Sunday. Good atmosphere in the area and bus service to centre of Brighton right next door. In summer also an old trainline is available to go to Brighton. Not that it was a tiny room, but I've had larger rooms before for this price class. |

A very smart hotel with a good location and helpful staff . Excellent breakfast will return in the sprig/summer rooms were to hot , felt parking in public car park was not in keeping with this type of hotel which should have its own parking or a reserved section in the public car park |

It was stylish. The staff were very helpful in an informal but efficient way. It was a vey pleasant and relaxed environment. We would have liked air conditioning in the room. We left the window open because it was hot (even with no heating on) but had to shut it because it got noisy |
