Located near Piccadilly Station and lively Canal Street. Nice building.

It is not possible to open a window. The climate in the room was bad. The room had no view. Breakfast was very expensive and the reception was not clear about the price. You have to log in for wifi all the time.

Airconditioning kept cutting out. Television didn't work. Wooden floors so you could hear people arriving back in the early hours of the morning.

Beds were so comfortable and the food was delicious. Good breakfast and wonderful monsoon showers

No gym. Although there is a subsidised membership at a local gym for £5

the friendly staff that were warm and welcoming, the size of the rooms and cleanlieness. we especially liked the resteraunt/bar and would love to stay again.

The staff were helpful (particularly in the bistro) the food was great and the rooms are beautifully designed. The building itself is a tasteful conversion (of what I assume was an industrial building). I would definitely return and I would heartily recommend it. Little touches really made it like the huge bed, the toiletries and the fact that the drinks and snacks in the room were not extortionately priced, just what you'd pay in a shop. A brilliant, stylish, comfortable, not fussy but luxurious hotel!

There could have been a few more staff visible.

Beautiful hotel, in a perfect location next to the train station, bars and shops. If I go back to Manchester, I will definitely stay there again.

the hotel is very convenient for the rail station and is well designed with good use of the original features of the building.

My stay was adversely affected by the noise from the street- owing to one window in my room not having secondary glazing even though the larger window did. this made the sound-proofing virtually non-existent. The coffee was not up to standard and I had to ask for stronger coffee. I think you could improve the overall quality of your cooked breakfast.

The abode Manchester is in an ideal location close to amenities needed, the staff on reception were welcoming, the room was great,clean and spacious,a great stay and a very happy customer. Thank you .

The only criticisum I have is that, it would be good to have a fridge in the room to keep the drinks cold as the water I had was warm .

Good location for rail station and taxi rank right outside. Great food in the Michael Caines Restaurant. Pleasant good sized rooms with a modern feel. Helpful staff. Ideal location for shopping. Only stayed one night but would use it again.
