Our room was great and breakfast was wonderful. The landlady was full of information and very helpful in planning our stay. We loved being able to sit and relax in the sun room whenever we wanted. We will stay here again if we find ourselves in Manchester in the future.

The landlady was extremely pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was lovely and my bedroom, at the back of the house, was extremely quiet - I wouldn't have known the proximity of the road at all. The location meant an easy walk to the hospital for visiting. Highly recommended.

Nice older property with English breakfast and friendly owner, and parking at rear.

Located on a busy main road, and although quieter at night, for a peaceful sleep windows are best kept closed !

Muriel the owner could not do enought for you

I only stayed one night, but it was a very pleasant stay. Muriel is very warm and went out of her way to be helpful. The breakfast room was charming, and the food very tasty. There is a lovely garden off of the breakfast room, but I was unable to make use of it because of inclement weather. The room, while cozy, was quite comfortable and served my needs perfectly. The fact that the Guest House is just down the block from a Tesco's, and along a good bus route, made its location very convenient for one traveling sans car.

Unfortunately, the wifi signal was pretty weak, which meant doing any business online was somewhat difficult. However, this was the only downside to my stay.

Muriel our landlady was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and had all we needed.

We spent a wonderfull week in the Guest House. The guest house is an excellent location, the service was excellent and friendly, house lady is very helpfull, so I recommend to everyone.

I found the owner to be very friendly. The off road parking was useful and the breakfast very good. Plus it's only a few minutes walk from the nearest pubs, restaurants and shops

Two couples from Latvia stayed four nights at the hotel. Everything was just perfect! We are specialy thankfull to Muriel, the owner, for the outstanding care and all the great suggestions for visiting different attractions. We really felt like home.
