This is so convenient to Manchester Airport and Muriel is a delightful lady who is so helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was great. The room was comfortable and though being over a fairly busy road, the room was quiet and we slept well. Would definitely go again.
The room is small, but very, very nice and comfortable! Bathroom facilities are superb, everything was clean and tidy. The owner is a very friendly, helpful lady. Perfect location when you need to get to the airport.
There was no hairdryer... but, to be fair, I am sure I would have get on if I asked! :) (was just ready for bed)
Very clean, comfortable room. Good facilities in the room. The owner was excellent, provided a very friendly welcome and was very helpful during the stay, checking local transport links/times.Breakfast was not mass produced but cooked to order. I would recommend to anyone.
Very helpful owner
Comfortable & clean. Good breakfast. Welcoming & helpful owner
On a very busy main road
The owner was very friendly and the whole deal was value for money. Would definitely use again
Relaxed and friendly nature of the owner
I like the owners, and how nice they were. The room was alright and had a bathroom in my room which I wasn't expecting.
The only con. was the WIFI, since it was a bit hard to skype with my family.
Owner, Muriel is fantastic lady, very kind and welcoming My room was comfortable, clean and quiet and had everything I could need. Breakfast was copious and freshly cooked. A nice friendly atmosphere and would certainly stay here again and recommend to others. Nearby village of Timperley is only a few minutes walk to find a restaurant for an evening meal.
Personal touch of the owner very hospitable, nice and clean rooms,at a very reasonable price and a good breakfast.
nearest metro link is quite a walk, but there is a nearby bus service.
Friendly owner, Muriel. She made an extra cosy little bed for my 3 year old son. I paid for 2 person but getting 1 queen size bed and 1 single bed plus small cosy little bed. Four of us had nice breakfasts without extra charge. Very nice conservatory and garden. Will definitely recommend this guest house especially to those who are going to Wythenshawe Hospital.
No sign board to direct to car park.
Friendly owner, comfy room, lovely garden and great English breakfast. Thanks Moira
Stayed here after a car show in nearby Tatton Park. Muriel was kind and welcoming and even made room for our classic car in the garage. Our room, though small, was comfortable, clean and quiet and had everything we could need. Breakfast was copious and freshly cooked. A nice friendly atmosphere and we would certainly stay here again and recommend to others. Nearby village of Timperley is only a few minutes walk to find a restaurant for an evening meal.
Very friendly, near to the airport, awesome atmosphere
every thing comfortable bed quiet brill breakfast
I stayed here with my mum whilst my dad was in the local hospital. This is in a great location with a lovely setting. The accommodation and room were fantastic. It was spotlessly clean with plenty of space and storage. And the breakfast and choice was great. And the owner Muriel was a fantastic host and very helpful.
Muriel was really friendly and food was great. We were comfortable and well looked after. It was convenient for motorway access and we got away on a journey quickly.
Parking was limited and a bit tight.
Has all I need for an overnight stay, car parking, good Wi Fi and an excellent breakfast. Muriel was very helpful. Enjoyed my stay. New tram line due to open later this year and there will be a stop about 400 yds away, improving the journey time to the city centre.
Although it is on a busy road, as I was at the back it didn't bother me.Finding the parking was a little confusing. It's just a short walk to Timperley village, with several restaurants and the QuarryBank pub. Proximity to Manchester airport is a big plus.
Friendly, Comfortable, Cleanliness, Value for money, Good breakfast, Loved it.
Just homely, helpful and went out of her way to ensure that everything she could reasonably do for us was done in a personal and warm manner. Nothing actually seemed too much trouble for her. We stayed for 5 nights, and were really sad to leave her hospitality.
We appreciated the useful advice about travel and sight seeing in Manchester.
The friendliness of the landlady who was accommodating and helpful. She offered my son and I a drink uopn our arrival and we were able to sit in her garden, which was welcome after a long journey. Our breakfast was healthy and tasty. A good stay!
Friendly and accommodating.
