Friendly staff, lovely surroundings and delicious breakfast with plenty of choices. We had the attic room with a very low ceiling on one side. We stayed for 3 nights and a little tired of ducking after a while!!

Welcoming staff. Clean and tidy. Lovely breakfast. Good location. Slightly cramped in family room. Tall people might find the low, sloping roof akward.

1. Clean 2. Good Breakfast 3. Location 4. The owners 5. En-suite 1. No parking 2. Wanted to book for 2 adults + 1 child. Could only book a room for 4 using booking.com. 3. The room was a converted attic and small. We are not that tall but me and my wife had to be very careful walking. 4. Thought for the price paid, 120 per night, was not value for money. 5. Breakfast timing 8.30-9.30 was a bit late. 6. Some of the photos on the website gave us a false impression (swimming pool/ leisure facilities - small print tells what they are).

We had a wonderful stay at this B&B, we had the four bed attic room which was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Everything was within walking distance. Breakfast was beautiful and they cater well for vegetarians. Would highly recommend and would certainly stay here again. Thank you.

Location (not the location of the gust house - but location in general) If this B&B were labelled up as that (not a Hotel with Leisure Facilities according to booking.com) and the pictures were true - there would have been no issues with this booking. The 'Hotel' according to Booking.com is actually a B&B.. not a bad one.. but its still a B&B. Pictures of the 'Hotel' include a very nice view of a swimming pool and jacuzzi as well as these being listed in the features of your stay. It states 'THE Leisure Club' rather than 'A NEARBY Leisure Club'... So 'THE LEISURE CLUB'... just happens to be a borrowed pass from the owners for access to the Macdonald hotel - about a twenty minute walk from the B&B. Its not even the one in the picture as its an entirely different 'Leisure Club'. After arriving, I was bitterly upset that I had paid nearly 4x the typical room rate to stay new years eve in an overpriced B&B. For this I could have actually stayed in a Hotel and even last minute there were options to book elsewhere which I wished I had taken up. After going back to the listing on my smartphone I re-reviewed what I purchased and reluctantly complained to the staff onsite (the reception happens to be someone in their smokey living room next to the entrance)... I was told that 'its your fault you booked here'.. 'take it up with booking.com'.... I showed him the pictures and said 'where is this place?'.. is it here?.. answer... No... Is it a Hotel?.. No.. So why are you listing it like this and alluding to you being this sort of establishment? The reply that it was booking.com's fault and my fault and there was nothing he could do about it and that someone else does the listings.. If this person had simply said.. I'm really sorry.. I can see how this may have appeared to you.. is there anything we can do to help? We need to get this sorted so this doesn't happen again to anyone else... Then things could have been a different story.

A very sweet and nice guest house. Room is mini but but they make it looks warm and lovely. Host is very friendly and help us pull the luggage upstair themselves. Locate nearly by railway station closely.Very good breakfast and worth the price. The guest house is located in the downtown, nearby railway station. It's good to walk to lake side and will take you about half hour. If you do not want walk a lot, you can choose one nearby lake.

Clean rooms and a friendly hostess. Very small room for 3 people. Not worth the money i spent. Booked by card online but was asked for cash when i reached. Was told that the card machine is not working. The spa linked with this accomodation was more than 2 miles away, whereas the website states is close.
