Paddington Court Rooms

Das Hotel war sauber, die Mitarbeiter äußerst freundlich und die Lage war verkehrsgünstig nahezu perfekt (nur je 5 Minuten Fußweg zu den U-Bahn Stationen "Lancaster Gate" oder "Paddington".

Alles war perfekt und zufriedenstellend.

The location of the hotel provides fairly good access to London's tourist attactions. It is close to markets, restaurants and about a 3 block walk from the Paddington Station Underground. The room was very clean and well furnished, albeit small. Great ammenities--wired Internet, satellite TV.

The room could have been a bit bigger but it was great value for the money. Having said that it was pretty much what we expected based on others' comments. A great modern, clean room that won't break the bank!

The room was clean, quiet and cheap. However, the internet connection was very patchy and the air conditioning did not work at all.

I liked the quiet room I had because it was in a different building from the main hotel.

The bathroom did not have any face towels, the bed sheets had a hole in it and I could not get through to the front desk when I need help.

Great room very small though. The door system is like something out of the Crystal maze.

I booked for two nights and only one one had been reserved.

Quiet rooms (during the night, daytime with windows open is a bit noisy at the moment, works outside and traffic).

Understaffed. We got locked out of the hotel because our swipe card (which worked once before) didn't work, we had to wait 10 minutes in the queue (at the reception building) until they just let us back in again, they didn't fix the problem! Other than that, the rooms (particularly the bathroom) are small. Apart from that, nothing else to complain about.

The room was not cleaned properly, some lights did not work, tv had no batteries..ect

Room was lovely (633) and following two complaints the duty manager was very helpful and professional in compensating and dealing with us.

The ac unit leaeked a lot of water all over our belongings that we had left on the dresser. When we asked reception to book us a cab, they did not tell us that they can only call a chauffeur company which would cost twice as much as a black cab on the street. As such we were overcharged for the journey. However, on talking to the manager about this, he compensated us for the loss.
