Paddington Court Rooms  

I can not believe that I booked this hotel on monday about 1 week before my journey at 177pounds for two nights! And the web said This is a free cancel room!however when I came back to web on wednesday and tried to cancel my room I suddenly found cancelation became chargleable! And the new price was about 130pounds!the earlier I book. The more I pay! The room is really bad and small! I could not believe I paid 177pounds just for that kind of nasty room! The location is 20mins walk from paddington station. 20Mins!!! Bad! Bad! All staffs are overseas, I can never understand their accicent! Hope booking.com will not ignore my reference! I just tell a truth. I even did not ask you to pay the price gap back!

Room was clean and to a good standard. Breakfast was very good but too highly priced.

There should be a note on the front door informing about check-in across the road at Best Western.

Location was brilliant, even through the x-mas and tube strike, as you could walk easily and almost all the buses from Oxford street passes through. Very close to two tube stations on different lines - Lancaster Gate and Paddington, sou you can chose winch direction you wanna go without less changes.

I have booked the twee room for period of 10 days, and discovered the bugs in my bed. When to reception and they provided 2 separate bedrooms with internet access. Was very plinsed.

It is a very clean place , they are very helpful and overall its a good place.

The rooms are rather small ,rough rules regarding the late checkout, they should be more flexible.

Small rooms, access card did not work on the second day

Were housed at main hotel. Excellent service. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location. Comfortable room. Welcome screen on tv nice touch. Thoroughly recommended.

Staff efficient, breakfast good, and everything in the room worked: even the shower was easy to operate without getting scalded or frozen!

There's a lift, but lots of odd steps and stairs to climb - a bit of an assault course.

Room small but clean staff great nothing to much trouble we had a older woman with us change rooms to downstair no hassles nice place nice people if in london again would stay again

Easy walk to the Heathrow Express

One of the smallest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. No internet facilities or room to make a quiet call, as there was no signal in the basement

Stuff was willing to help and was very friendly. Breakfast was pretty good.

Bed Bugs! They overbook and send you somewhere else into cheaper place (we were sent to Kensington hotel for first night, it was small, stinky and shabby). Wifi was not working in the room, but was ok in lobby.
