La atencion del personal, el espacio para caminar dentro de la habitacion doble es chico,

el hotel estaba muy centrico, a menos de 5min andando de la estacion de paddington.las instalaciones son algo viejas pero las habitaciones estan bastante bien para ser londres.habitaciones limpias y en buenas condiciones.

en la habitacion hacia un frio polar, y la primera noche empezo a llover y se creo una gotera enorme justo encima de la cama.bajamos a recepcion y en seguida nos cambiaron de habitacion a una superior.eso es lo unico malo que nos paso y la verdad respondieron muy bien

El trato del personal. Cada vez que preguntaba por alguna informacion sobre horarios o situaciones me decian que lo mirara en internet.cuando llegamos nos dieron una habitacion que no cabiamos los 2 de pie, increible, pero cierto y en la puerta del entrada del edificio.me queje y me dieron una en el cuarto piso sin ascensor, pero no tenia nada que ver ya que esta tenia un pequeño salon 2 ventanas

The level of service provided by staff during what was for them a stressful time (opening day of new hotel) was ourtstanding. Rooms are luxurious and practical. Location is excellent for city sightseeing and shopping.

We arrived much earlier (am) than the check in time of 2pm. The staff were very efficient and allowed us to check and leave our luggage. This was great and allowed us to start to explore London without the hassles of taking our luggage with us. Hats of to the staff!

Breakfast was too expensive and with the numerous coffee shops and restaurants in the surrounding area we found that it was less expensive to eat out.

Location

Lousy shower, lousy service - they don't answer the phone when you ring it. I had to be moved as my shower was a trickle and the wifi didn't work. The gym was hot and the remote for the airconditioner had been "misplaced". Too many stairs without lift access .won't stay again

Good location, good Internet facilities (both in room and in the hotel's public areas)

Small room but not as small as the first one offered to me (which was in the main building and not in the seperate building where I booked). Staff were not helpful, and when maid didn't leave toilet roll in my room I needed to ask reception twice before I got some. Television in room didn't switch off straight away, had to press the button on the remote about 20 times. Told reception about it and they did nothing. Every time i went to reception someone was complaining or being sent to another room or even another hotel sometimes (presumably due to over booking!)

For the price and location the hotel was excellent value. I would stay here again and would recommend the hotel

I booked a double room which was quite small, however, it was furnished well to make use of all space. The bathroom was even smaller but very clean and functional. 2 people would be very close in the double room

The location of the hotel provides fairly good access to London's tourist attactions. It is close to markets, restaurants and about a 3 block walk from the Paddington Station Underground. The room was very clean and well furnished, albeit small. Great ammenities--wired Internet, satellite TV.

The room could have been a bit bigger but it was great value for the money. Having said that it was pretty much what we expected based on others' comments. A great modern, clean room that won't break the bank!

The room was clean, quiet and cheap. However, the internet connection was very patchy and the air conditioning did not work at all.
