l'hôtel est très bien situé : 7 minutes à pied de la station Lancaster gate (central line). Propre. Chambre relativement spatieuse. Salle de bain moderne. Un bruit répétitif ...comme une alarme...nous empêchant de bien dormir. Chambre mal isolée. |

Très bon rapport qualité prix pour Londres et la localisation. Notre chambre était récemment refaite et très belle, pas immense mais parfaite à 2, très grand lit télé écran plat, sdb avec douche ou tt fonctionne et propre. Personnel souriant et efficace. Par contre faite attention il y a des chambres beaucoup moins bien en demi sous sol ou très petites. Réception dans le bâtiment d'en face mais ce n'est que pour prendre les clefs donc pas gênant. |

la qualité des chambres transfert entre deux hotels en plein séjour : perte d'une matinée sur place, même pas d'excuses de la part du personnel, peu de communication entre les deux hotels du même groupe sur notre situation ... |

The location of the hotel provides fairly good access to London's tourist attactions. It is close to markets, restaurants and about a 3 block walk from the Paddington Station Underground. The room was very clean and well furnished, albeit small. Great ammenities--wired Internet, satellite TV. The room could have been a bit bigger but it was great value for the money. Having said that it was pretty much what we expected based on others' comments. A great modern, clean room that won't break the bank! |

The room was nicely finished and decorated. The location was good too. The staff were very friendly, attentive and professional. All in all, it was a pleasant stay. There was no acoustic insulation to the mechanical vents in the bathrooms so there was a loud rumbling every time someone else switched on the light in their bathroom. Or at least I presume thats what it was! It woke me up a few times. Other than this, staying at the hotel was a really good experience. |

I liked the quiet room I had because it was in a different building from the main hotel. The bathroom did not have any face towels, the bed sheets had a hole in it and I could not get through to the front desk when I need help. |

Quiet rooms (during the night, daytime with windows open is a bit noisy at the moment, works outside and traffic). Understaffed. We got locked out of the hotel because our swipe card (which worked once before) didn't work, we had to wait 10 minutes in the queue (at the reception building) until they just let us back in again, they didn't fix the problem! Other than that, the rooms (particularly the bathroom) are small. Apart from that, nothing else to complain about. |
