disponibilità del personale a risolvere immediatamente il problema illustrato al punto seguente con assegnazione della camera richiesta e riconoscimento a titolo di indennizzo della colazione gratuita c'è stato un errore nell'assegnazioen della camera: avevo prenotato una camera con due letti singoli e ho trovato due camere con un letto. |

cortesia, disponibilità del personale, gentilezza, confort, posizione, ambiente, professionalità. bagno poco pulito, e la signora è entrata per pulire prima che facessimo check out...senza contare che io ero ancora in stanza. Troppe scale per chi ha un passeggino...ma dopotutto si sa, Londra è tutta così! :-) |

The location of the hotel provides fairly good access to London's tourist attactions. It is close to markets, restaurants and about a 3 block walk from the Paddington Station Underground. The room was very clean and well furnished, albeit small. Great ammenities--wired Internet, satellite TV. The room could have been a bit bigger but it was great value for the money. Having said that it was pretty much what we expected based on others' comments. A great modern, clean room that won't break the bank! |

The room was nicely finished and decorated. The location was good too. The staff were very friendly, attentive and professional. All in all, it was a pleasant stay. There was no acoustic insulation to the mechanical vents in the bathrooms so there was a loud rumbling every time someone else switched on the light in their bathroom. Or at least I presume thats what it was! It woke me up a few times. Other than this, staying at the hotel was a really good experience. |

I liked the quiet room I had because it was in a different building from the main hotel. The bathroom did not have any face towels, the bed sheets had a hole in it and I could not get through to the front desk when I need help. |

Great room very small though. The door system is like something out of the Crystal maze. I booked for two nights and only one one had been reserved. |

Quiet rooms (during the night, daytime with windows open is a bit noisy at the moment, works outside and traffic). Understaffed. We got locked out of the hotel because our swipe card (which worked once before) didn't work, we had to wait 10 minutes in the queue (at the reception building) until they just let us back in again, they didn't fix the problem! Other than that, the rooms (particularly the bathroom) are small. Apart from that, nothing else to complain about. |
