La posizione è molto tranquilla e vicinissimo alla stazione di Paddington, ad Hide Park e alle stazioni della metropolitana londinese. Il prezzo (per Londra) è molto ragionevole. Il letto è molto confortevole. La nostra camera, nonostante fosdse carina per alberghi di questo standard, era minuscola! La distanza della parete di fronte dal letto era inferiore ai 20 cm (literally!). Dal bagno emanava un forte odore di fogna. |

Ottima posizione (5 minuti dalla metro Lancaster Gate), camere pulite, zona silenziosa la notte Camere piccole ma questo vale per il 90% degli hotel di Londra. Se si è sfortunati si può ottenere una camera nell'interrato, dove la luce del giorno arriva poco... |

la vicinanza al parco ,Hyde park, alla metropolitana di paddington, ai ristoranti italiani, ai cambi euro/sterline... un posto strategico insomma.. carino anche per fare due passi la sera.. molto tranquilla la zona. arrivati alle 3 del mattino , non avendo sterline per la prima notte, volevo lasciare cauzione in euro ma non hanno accettato. Volevano non darci la camera.. alle tre del mattino!!Dopo un ora di preghira ci hanno cambiato i soldi loro ad un cambio improponibile. Data la camera ci veniva da piangere: un metro. Un corridoio dove la tenda della finestra teneva meta' letto non c'era lo spazio per le valige. Siamo a Londra e' vero, ma dubito che tutte le stanze fossero cosi'. Pulizia e altro penso che gli standard fossero quelli tipici di Londra. |

The level of service provided by staff during what was for them a stressful time (opening day of new hotel) was ourtstanding. Rooms are luxurious and practical. Location is excellent for city sightseeing and shopping. |

Location is great - it's 10 mins' walk from Paddington. Having Internet access free-of-charge both via cable in the rooms and wireless in the hotel is great. Bar area has plenty of power points to work while watching big screen TV. There is no getting into your room until 1400! Forget making a note on your reservation, forget begging at the Front Desk! If you arrive on an int'l flight at 0700, you will simply have to wait 7 hours to unpack, take a shower/nap, etc. This was my biggest problem - I lost half a day! The second is: GBP 14.95 for breakfast? For what is offered? Be sure there are many cafes & restaurants within 5 mins' walk that are one-third the price and thrice the value! |

We arrived much earlier (am) than the check in time of 2pm. The staff were very efficient and allowed us to check and leave our luggage. This was great and allowed us to start to explore London without the hassles of taking our luggage with us. Hats of to the staff! Breakfast was too expensive and with the numerous coffee shops and restaurants in the surrounding area we found that it was less expensive to eat out. |

Location Lousy shower, lousy service - they don't answer the phone when you ring it. I had to be moved as my shower was a trickle and the wifi didn't work. The gym was hot and the remote for the airconditioner had been "misplaced". Too many stairs without lift access .won't stay again |

The surface of the room look clean, however we're not sure inside of it. Especially the bed! I have been recently stayed at this hotel, my brother and I have been infected with bite marks by some bugs within the room. Both our legs and arms were infected with red itchy spots. According to the doctors, it is due to some bugs or contaminants. I'm wondering it is possible to get refund from the hotel and get compensation. Thank you |

Good location, good Internet facilities (both in room and in the hotel's public areas) Small room but not as small as the first one offered to me (which was in the main building and not in the seperate building where I booked). Staff were not helpful, and when maid didn't leave toilet roll in my room I needed to ask reception twice before I got some. Television in room didn't switch off straight away, had to press the button on the remote about 20 times. Told reception about it and they did nothing. Every time i went to reception someone was complaining or being sent to another room or even another hotel sometimes (presumably due to over booking!) |

This is a great location to stay in London, near to Paddington Station (underground, and quick access to Heathrow), a short walk from Hyde Park, Edgware Road, Oxford Street, Baker Street, and so on. Plenty of restaurants and cafes close by. Prices in this area are good by London standards. We were upgraded to a "club" room. Probably the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. |

For the price and location the hotel was excellent value. I would stay here again and would recommend the hotel I booked a double room which was quite small, however, it was furnished well to make use of all space. The bathroom was even smaller but very clean and functional. 2 people would be very close in the double room |

Great location for Hyde Park, immediate area near hotel was lovely with good selection of restaurants and pubs, very good travel links into city, even walked to Oxford Street from hotel one day! Although small, our room was modern and comfortable and we found the air conditioning a godsend on a hot July weekend, have stayed in similar priced hotels in London without air con so would definitely recommend and visit again! |

The location of the hotel provides fairly good access to London's tourist attactions. It is close to markets, restaurants and about a 3 block walk from the Paddington Station Underground. The room was very clean and well furnished, albeit small. Great ammenities--wired Internet, satellite TV. The room could have been a bit bigger but it was great value for the money. Having said that it was pretty much what we expected based on others' comments. A great modern, clean room that won't break the bank! |
