Bra tyvärr finns det väldigt få rum för 4 personer så det blev 2 dubbelrum Att man testar brandlarmet kl 0700 på morgonen och sedan får man en lapp att det står kl 13-15 ingen förklaring varför larmet ylade tidigt! |

Det var fint och lyxigt rum samt trevlig personal. Rummen var extremt små - Hela hotellrummet (inklusive badrum) var nog max 10 kvm. |

The location of the hotel provides fairly good access to London's tourist attactions. It is close to markets, restaurants and about a 3 block walk from the Paddington Station Underground. The room was very clean and well furnished, albeit small. Great ammenities--wired Internet, satellite TV. The room could have been a bit bigger but it was great value for the money. Having said that it was pretty much what we expected based on others' comments. A great modern, clean room that won't break the bank! |

The room was nicely finished and decorated. The location was good too. The staff were very friendly, attentive and professional. All in all, it was a pleasant stay. There was no acoustic insulation to the mechanical vents in the bathrooms so there was a loud rumbling every time someone else switched on the light in their bathroom. Or at least I presume thats what it was! It woke me up a few times. Other than this, staying at the hotel was a really good experience. |

I liked the quiet room I had because it was in a different building from the main hotel. The bathroom did not have any face towels, the bed sheets had a hole in it and I could not get through to the front desk when I need help. |

Great room very small though. The door system is like something out of the Crystal maze. I booked for two nights and only one one had been reserved. |

Quiet rooms (during the night, daytime with windows open is a bit noisy at the moment, works outside and traffic). Understaffed. We got locked out of the hotel because our swipe card (which worked once before) didn't work, we had to wait 10 minutes in the queue (at the reception building) until they just let us back in again, they didn't fix the problem! Other than that, the rooms (particularly the bathroom) are small. Apart from that, nothing else to complain about. |

Free Internet, TV chanels Room services, usually no hot water, poor cleanliness, no safe deposite box, poor receptionists except a woman i dont remember her name. so so small bathroom and facilities. |

Good location. Nice room for the price. Thick and soft towels. Poor cleaning. Staff told me they were "very busy. Cleaning ladies are doing the best they can" (!) ac shed loads of water in the middle of night. If I had brougth my computer it would have been ruined as desk and internet connection was just under the ac (not wireless conn.) Duvet a lot smaller than the cover it was in - not very comfortable! |

Room was lovely (633) and following two complaints the duty manager was very helpful and professional in compensating and dealing with us. The ac unit leaeked a lot of water all over our belongings that we had left on the dresser. When we asked reception to book us a cab, they did not tell us that they can only call a chauffeur company which would cost twice as much as a black cab on the street. As such we were overcharged for the journey. However, on talking to the manager about this, he compensated us for the loss. |

The decor and furnishings are excellent. Also, free broadband and digital tv is always a nice bonus. Also excellent price. The room was very small. And my room was in a seperate building block across the road from the main - as a lone female traveller I would have felt safer in the main building. |
