Excellent service Attention to detail Consistency of assistance Beautifully clean and comfortable Peaceful (perhaps holiday weekend) Great parking A hint of tension. Perhaps some staff afraid they get it wrong ? Not sure and only became apparent when I became intrigued at how efficiently run the establishment was, so really not a problem.

I really like the lounge for dinner. As a lone business traveller it feels much more comfortable eating alone and there is a great menu choice The bathroom was a bit dated and tired but very clean

Ease of access. The room was clean and comfortable, spacious and warm with a good flat screen TV. Breakfast was cooked to order. Very good value for money and no time wasted. Friendly staff and very good service. Pink bathroom was a bit dated but shower was hot and the bathroom was clean.

The staff were so attentive to all my needs. I can honestly say that in all the hotels that I have stayed in, this is the best in terms of friendliness and helpfulness. Thank you for a short yet pleasurable stay
