Lowestoft Premier Inn is just north of the town centre, close to Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park and the sea, and very convenient for a journey on the A12.

10 out of ten
Freshly cooked breakfast delicious
No toiletries in room, but that's it.
location is good (we were on business) dog friendly
facilities sparse and tired, breakfast ok but not great.
Quiet, clean and friendly; good well cooked food
Breakfast focus on cooked English; limited selection otherwise
Friendly feeling from all staff
Being woken at 05-00 by people going to work slamming the front door which was next to our room
Very poor shabby rooms very noisy in mornings Children crying all night ? Long stay residents
The room was clean, I enjoy the breakfast. The staff was helpful. Walking distance to the beach
The size of the room was brilliant and so were the facilities inside the room. There was a fridge to store baby's milk and microwave to warm it up for him. I also had a sink to wash the bottles so was very relived.
The bed was creaky and uncomfortable. Gave me back pains.
Location, nice welcome breakfast good and quick sevice short stay so no real contact with hosts
being moved after booking 2 nights being told or asked to move so could not really settle in and unpack ok though
Location - relatively close to the beach and the staff who were very pleasant and polite.
Lack of toiletries in the bathroom and our room was on the top floor with no lift. I think the hotel should let clients know that they will be on the top floor when they book.
staff informative helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble rooms clean shower was ok
squeeky fire doors!
Room was Clean
Ran out of water, in the sink, took at least 10 minutes for the Hot water to get to the shower. Poor quality Sausages and very poor quality beans. The cooked breakfast did not taste very nice
Very nice and friendly staff... situated nice and close to the beach ... yes very worth the money
The only only down side is that breakfast finished too early... personally I think it should be until 10.30... I think 9 o'clock is a little too early for breakfast to be finished
The friendliness of staff the location of place comfort of bed
Shower no water pressure and early breakfast
Near to the beach Clean and tidy Very good full English Breakfast Very helpful staff
We had bedroom at the top of the house 31 stairs. Beds a wee bit on the hard side use too a Temper mattress .
We were made very welcome.Room was bright &clean. Full English breakfast was lovely and there was a choice if you wanted it. And only a few minutes walk to the beautiful beach.Would recommend this hotel to anyone . Have said if back in Gorleston will stay again. Its just what we were looking for on our short stay.
Seafront walk(proximity to seafront) Cliff Hotel restaurant nearby wifi jacuzzi tv deserted beach in height of summer very relaxed atmosphere
breakfast (poor quality) no sky sports miserly toiletries miserly tea/coffee biscuits rundown appearance despite recent renovation storing of dirty linen by front door nearby fish and chip shop shuts at 6pm!
Good location close to the beach. Breakfast wasn't too bad. Staff were friendly enough.
Overpriced. Superior double room was the size of a postage stamp. I have stayed in Premier In rooms that are bigger. Arrived to find pubic hair in the bathroom and on the bed sheets, this was rectified by hotel staff but shouldn't have happened. Laundry and cleaning equipment was left unattended at the end of a corridor, my 18 month old had lots of fun playing with a hoover left lying around. Generally overpriced for a b and b. This is trying to be a hotel but is sadly lacking. I wouldn't stay here again nor recommend it.
Had a lovely stay at hotel. Great location, friendly accommodating staff. Breakfast although a little early was great and service excellent well done we will be back !!!
My only complaint was perhaps that breakfast although very good was a little early
Room was clean, comfortable and bright.
Hotel had a tired, unkempt air.
Friendly polite staff. Very comfortable stay.
