Room was nice and clean. Being so close to the Seafront but at the same time very quiet. Having my own key which meant I could come and go as I would like to without having to disturb anyone. |

Great breakfast, small but well equipped room, and only a 20 second walk to the beautiful beach. More of a B&B than a hotel, very private, and a nice bar. Tiny single room. I hit my head on the TV every morning and whenever I had to use the sink I had to leave the bathroom door open so I could fit in. |

Our room was very, very hot even with the window fully open, as we appeared to be over the kitchen. Breakfast very early 7:30am-8:30am! TV volume button in our room was broken so it was quite loud. Shower very cramped. |

close to the beach. I trusted this website and booked with the assumption of booking a hotel (hence the name) but it was actually a B&B. Even in comparison to other B&B it had poor standard. |

It was clean and friendly and quiet and the location was excellent. The beds were clean. Breakfast had to be done by 8.30 which was too early for a family on holiday. They could consider offering cereals and coffee after that time but this wasn't advertised. The hoovering wasn't done brilliantly but the toilets and shower were clean. The shower leaked and the beds weren't brilliant quality - my young son fell out of his twice as it dipped to the left. We only stayed three nights. |

The room was satisfactory for our requirement. The bathroom was for disabled visitors and was a 'wet room' that wasn't waterproof and so the water from the shower went everywhere. |

Staff were very helpful & friendly. Beds were a little uncomfortable, breakfast time too early (7.15-8.30), no lift available for heavy suitcase. |

When we arrived I had booked the honeymoon suite only to be told that it was double booked and that it was booking.coms fault. Given double room with supposed four-poster bed, which was extremely rickity with hidious dated netting around it. Room was very hot so asked member of staff on reception for a fan which never arrived!!! |

The hotel was really convenient for the lovely beach and in a quiet location with ample free parking, and friendly staff. A nice contrast to the busy resort of Great Yarmouth, a short drive up the coast. The room and en suite were comfortable and clean. Breakfast between 7.15 and 8.30 was a little early when on holiday. I would have preferred breakfast to go on until 9.30. Consequently we missed breakfast most days although we were provided with an excellent bacon sandwich to take away upon request! The day is very long if you feel you have to get down for breakfast first thing in the morning. Similarly if you required an evening meal the hours were between 6 and 7 p.m. which is also a little early for dinner. |

We loved the hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful and it was a stones throw from a gorgeous sandy clean beach. Breakfast was served from 7.30-8.30am thought that was to early! |

The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and the bed was really comfortable. It's on a reasonably quiet street. The bar closes at 10:50pm and they lock the front door at 11pm without delay. Come 12pm it was pretty quiet which is nice because I'm a really light sleeper. The TV had poor reception with snowy images, except for one channel. The cereal bowls were a little bit grimy to the touch. The full English breakfast could have been a bit bigger. The bathrooms didn't have soap, shower gel or shampoo. The room I was in didn't have a mirror close to a 3 pin plug socket. I'd say that it's got more of a business feel about it than anything else but from what I can remember I don't think it had internet access. |
