The locationwas wonderful for my mum , she was very happy there , the staff could not be more attentive, polite , courteous and extremely kind. My mum being elderly and also not so well , felt thorougly at home. For my self I can only Echo my mothers thought entirely. Thankyou so so much.
Hard to find something we didnt like as everything was wonderful , we would not get a better service even at the Ritz.
We were leaving before breakfast to get to the airport. The owner very kindly got up early and left a tray outside our room with cereal and bowls, milk and orange juice and even made sandwiches to take with us. I found the owners to be extremely nice and very helpful. The B&B may need updating but I would rather stay somewhere where we are made welcome than have the luxury of 5 star. A big thank you to our hosts!
Staff very approachable and location is good.
Poor cleaning, need to check the windows side its filthy, towels need a new one its quite old and used. Beddings as well, white sheets or towels should be look whitier. Bed lamps not working, one heater is not working. Should have a regular check up and maintenance of repair should be done regularly.
The young staff member was very friendly and ready to help if needed.
Low budget accommodation, where the pictures on booking.com don't paint how the inside really is. The b&b is run down, old and shabby. The rooms are dated and everything musty. The towels looked like they had been used before I came in, and the heating did not work properly. Overall, quite misleading from booking.com
Friendly staff location
Friendly and helpful staff Good breakfast service They sell Explorer tickets for bus and rail travel
One toilet per landing as no toilets in rooms, though shower and wash basin were. More housekeeping to be done daily, though it seemed partially completed.
Nice spacious room with TV. Good location. Clean. Ensuite shower & basin. Pleasant staff. Coffee facilities. Nice view.
No en-suite toilet for single room
Staff are great always happy to help you.
The breakfast should be cooked as the breakfast you get is toast or cereal rooms need to be not as cold
Young lady who was front of house. The original features of the house.
So dated and full of worn out clutter. It all needs redecorating keeping original features, but replacing carpets, wallpaper ,curtains with neutral colours, and as I said before CLEAR THE CLUTTER
I was very pleased with my two night stay. The lovely staff were very welcoming and attentive and the locale was well situated near the sea, Villa Marina and transport but it was also quiet enough to get a good nights sleep.
Wifi was a bit intermittent.
The young couple were very friendly and helpful. Apart from the hill from the main thoroughfare it was in a good location.
.As a mature couple we had not expected to have to go up several flights of stairs to our room, we were not asked if that was ok and no alternative was offered. The overall decoration of the hotel was very dated and dull. Basic hotel for young travellers.
Sepetate toilet limmited breakfast period
Very comfortable with good food. Staff friendly and helpful.
Hotel Room was nice.
Management staff were rude and unreasonable. It says a lot when on check u r encouraged to write a 'good' review in return for a discount vouher.
Nice clean bed and breakfast
Could give cooked breakfast as standard
Excellent situation for my needs. Walking distance to the Prom, the town centre and St Ninian's Church. Very friendly and obliging staff. Interesting, even fascinating ornaments and furniture. Has a traditional feel, but has all the expected features and facilities.
Shower base was not well finished. A bit noisy as the room face the busy road - Broadway.
Room Size Telivision
No Coffee after day 1 No Changing of bedsheets No Cleanliness No Staff except the Receptionist girl who you can only see in breakfast and check in.
I've been before and it's the kind of accommodation I like. I will come again.
I had to wait 25mins to be let in/greeted on arrival even though I arrived within the stated times. Also I had to make a temp. repair to the shower head myself but, to be fair, didn't report it until 2 days before I left.
Nice people, went out of their way to be helpful, good breakfast, large room.
I had a third floor bedroom--but they helped me with my bag.
Friendly, family atmosphere
Location up a steep hill. Very basic rooms with only double beds. Oudated decor, reminded me of a 70's hotel.
Friendly and helpful.
nothing really the room was just average
We have stayed in b+b's which have been better and cheaper than All seasons with more for your money as well. The bath was a little corner one, which was not big enough to bathe a child in.As other reviews stated the continental breakfast was far from that. The space in the room was very tight, the wi-fi was intermittent or at times not there at all.The panels on the bath were hanging of an the room repairs looked like they were done by some inept child..Also an i know now it was my own stupidity and has no reflection on my review, but just to warn any of you out there who may have done something similar.Do not smoke in this house,we had a cigarette before going to bed and the manager entered our room the next morning and found the ashtray even though we left the do not disturb sign on the door,i know some of you will say it was your own fault and i totally agree.but when we returned the manager and his partner or what ever they were became very obnoxious, and told us we had ten minutes to vacate the room and we also had to pay a £150 fine, the situation was not handled in a professional manner,as there was no need for their rudeness. We did not even get ten minutes and the girl came back banging on the door and told us if we were not out now she would call the police, well there you are...........Did not have to put that last bit in but i am not going to give you a half of a review,i know i was at fault but their attitude was just all wrong and as i said totally unprofessional.....
I liked the friendliness of the young lady who looked after us and was always full of chat for guests and was excellent communicator.
My only dislike was the shared toilet.
staff is friendly
