Absolutely recommend All Season, good location, quiet, nice and clean rooms. Last but not least Geoff was very welcoming and very helpful and provided tons of info about Isle Of Man. I will be back, but in the Summer next time :-) One thing to be aware off when travelling to Isle Of Man, as a foreigner I did not know that money from Isle Of Man was not accepted on the Mainland, but now I Know! looked like pounds to me....

Glad I booked this small but coazy hotel and Geoff really does make you feel welcome! Parking is on the street just in front of the entrance (ask for permit at the reception-bar), in our room we had walled framed pictures with Manx ships, lcd tv and Xbox with dvds and games, water pot with teas and other nice details. Recommended! A bit cold room, tricky shower water mixer.

Don't stay at the All Seasons! This space only allows for 300 words so I will be brief. Taxi didn't know where it was so off main hotel area. Meet by sight of two men smoking out the front. One proved to be the owner very casually dressed - not what was expected. A terraced house that was more B&B. Reception was a bar. Made to sign card on arrival rather than departure as were told people ran away without paying (not surprised). Very cramped place with no sense of decor. Not very clean. Furniture mismatched, old and not clean. Bedding stained and large grey hair in bed. Bathroom a small cubicle. Rested on bed until daylight as it felt so unpleasant and then checked out.Tried to check out curtiously, however owner who was not very welcoming on arrival became unpleasant. Less than 12 hours there and had to pay for 3 nights. Having travelled extensively and stayed in a myriad of accomodation types this is the worst accomodation experience of my life. There was not one good thing to say about the All Seasons. Location was poor. Facilities were poor. Cleanliness was poor. Staff was poor. Value for money was poor.

Very good location (just back from the promenade), clean and compact room and very good breakfast. Good welcome from the owner (Geoff), would recommend to anyone travelling on a budget, its much more than I expected for the price.

Comfortable single room, and new shower. It's a small room, but reasonable and comfortable. I really liked the handmade file which explain about "All Seasons Hotel" ;) very friendly :) There are some dvd and X-Box.However, there was any explanation how to use them, so I couldn'y watch dvd. It is kind of family buisiness hotel, so I couldn't ask staff as it was already late night. I was bored during night :( I will reccomend this hotel to my friends, but I also recommend to them to ask all of questions before the staff goes into bed ;)

Staff were extremely helpful and the location was perfect for me. Only issue I have is that there was a spider in the sink the next morning, which the hotel couldn't control, anyway. So no issues at all.

Good location, with clean etablishement. The owner was friendly and approachable who gave you useful information of facilities events and direction. He also found ferry bookings for me. There was current information of tthe events at the iom uncluding maps. The room was cheap incuding coffe/Tea facilities, xbox, Ironing, Freeview tv/dvd, Sink Shower. I felt the premises was safe with personal key to my room. Breakfast was basic with a good variety, punctual and flexible to my needs. Ideal stay for the iom tt.

The owner was very welcoming, accomodating and nothing was too much trouble. All five of us felt at ease, confortable and safe. The rooms were very well equiped with everything you would want. The location of the hotel was perfect for us with easy access to the town and countryside. We would definately recommend this hotel and will be returning there next year.

Friendly welcoming helpful host, yet we were left in peace during our stay - front door entry code meant both security yet not disturbing anyone on our return.Clean, quiet, as described & expected. Nice to only pay for continental breakfast which we wanted but those who wish can pay extra for full English. Good variety of continental. Real coffee at breakfast would have been nice rather than instant.

“I liked the brightness of the foyer with the bar and rest areas on both sides, giving the hotel a relaxed but still formal atmosphere. The room I stayed in was perfect for a one night business stay, couldn't ask for more, and the price included breakfast. Good value for money.” Ian, Runcorn |
