Pretty close to the prom/sea front and only 10 mins walk to main shopping street, albeit quite hilly on the road to/from hostel Where do I start?! Room was hideous, obviously designed by someone with no sense/logic and very stingy budget. Bathroom louvre door was a joke, no privacy and a hazard, two cut/bruised fingers to prove it! Shower was luke warm, leaking water from everywhere imaginable, shame not from the head itself. Old fashioned blinds, fiddly to operate, curtains far too small for the windows and didn't meet. Uncomfortable beds, I can still see the indent from the springs in my back now! Breakfast was a total rip off, thin pieces of bread housed in a sandwich bag along with a couple of pic n mix type cheeses thrown in a mini fridge (god knows for how long), Coco pops, tangerines, no fresh tea/coffee (only tea bags/coffee sachets akin to those in the room, diy style) hardly a continental breakfast! Should you desire "hot food", you will pay an extortionate £5 extra for measly scrambled eggs on toast! Note to owner - stop spying on guests and bad mouthing them to others. Most disturbing and totally unprofessional!

Nothing The hotel is more like a guest house than a hotel. No heating in the bathroom. Towels not changed all week so had to use damp towels (as no heated towel rail or radiator in bathroom) Breakfast room not open until 07.45 exactly (breakfast supposed to be served at 07.45) Breakfast room cold radiator not working. When asking the proprieter he said "yes its not working" On arriving list of rules given on paper. Will not stay there again.

Welcoming and helpful staff, variety of breakfast choices, close to town centre / ferry terminal. room facilities brilliant, price incredible and fantastic value for money - would go so far as to say the B&B is underpriced! decor quite dated but has been well kept and clean.

It was very close to The Promenade and shops. Unfortunately there was a bit of a hill to walk up so it would not be suitable for anyone with walking difficulties

I had a lovely stay at the All Seasons. Location was great, about 15-20 min walk from the ferry terminal. The room was very cosy and homely. Geoff the owner, was very welcoming and accommodated every need. I couldn't get wi-fi in my room, I had to sit in the hallway to get a connection. The hot water was not very warm at all on the first night, however, it was fine the second (hotel not full). Had to pay extra for cooked breakfast (£5).

For a short business stay this Hotel suited my needs and the proprietor, Geoff, is chatty, helpful and an excellent host. Breakfasts are good with the Continental included in the price more than adequate. It is in a quieter area of Douglas so avoids some of the noisier pubs but easy walking distance to the town centre. There are none of the extras that I would normally find at the bigger chain hotels: gym, restaurant etc but for a short stay these are frequently not used anyway
