The B&B was really clean and the hostess was very helpful, chatty and friendly.

It was a fair walk to find eating establishments.

Quiet, peaceful sleep. Helpful welcoming staff. Clean and spacious facilities.

Overnight during the Festival and was a little pricey for a basic B&B but adequate for our purpose. Breakfast was basic, but cooked to order and accommodating.

The owners of the B&B went out of their way to be helpful, even printing a document for us late at night. The location is great, near to the airport and on a bus route into Edinburgh. And the room was comfortable, immaculate and just what we expected.

We were there at Festival time so the price was high, but that's a seasonal hazard! Otherwise it's a very nice B&B. No cards accepted though - cash only.

Very nice property we'll presented. Comfortable decor. Room was very spacious with a very clean modern shower room. Good breakfast. Very welcoming host. Right around the corner from airport. Good wee Italian restaurant just across the road, highly recommended.

Bit close to Glasgow road but you are in Edinburgh tho. Parking a bit tight.

Very comfortable bed after a very long journey.

£120 for one night, even although cheap compared with hotels etc. , is a bit much for a B&B

    Nothing at all.

I didn't like the fact that I had to pay in cash which was not previously communicated and very unusual in my experience. The process of exchanging extra U.S. dollars for pounds was compounded by the proprietor's failure to communicate even on a basic level. We also did not like that the establishment looked and smelled like a funeral parlor, not a place for relaxing among the living.

    location near airport

The smell. The dilapidated look of the carpeting and furniture. This property is way overpriced given it's level of accommodation.

Friendly greeting from lovely host. Pleasant room with good beds and homely atmosphere. Quiet and comfortable despite main road location.

Very expensive for the type and standard of accommodation cf other places on our trip. Not as close to the Airport Shuttle bus stop as we'd been led to believe.

The room was large and well appointed and the bathroom was of a very high standard. There was easy access to Edinburgh city; a bus passing the door at regular intervals. A full breakfast was provided, The owner of the B & B was pleasant, friendly and helpful.

    Nothing of any significance.
