Happy staff. Breakfast lovely. Room very clean only fault being picky was quilt a bit small for bed. Will return and recommend. Give it a try, we almost believed bad reviews, and were going to cancel, glad we didn't cancel.
The staff are very friendly and the hotel is very convenient for the M5. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the breakfast is very good. Excellent value for money for a short stay.
The decor is a little tired, it could do with being being refurbished
Great little hotel. Friendly staff, room clean & comfortable. Equally as good as Travel Lodge at a fraction of the price. Highly recommended.
Nothing at all
Poor service , very poor cleanness, carpet in room was burned , could feel springs in bed and very poor parking, soneone hit my car NO CCTV !
free wifi. Included continental breakfast. Upgrade to cooked breakfast only £2. Close to where we needed to go. Pleasant staff. Plenty of free parking. Very close to major retail park and mega shopping mall.
The double bed was far too narrow. 4'3" and the mattress was well past its sell by date. Thus didn't get any sleep. Room really hot. Bathroom - no storage for our items in bathroom. No flannels. Room really tired. Needs wallpaper off and just paint walls.
Great value for money. Convenient location.
Very good value for money. Comfort able, quiet and friendly
Shower didn't work well and few cobwebs heating played up but staff gave alternative without hesitation
It was all just so warm the staff where lovely too
The bar was very quiet
Superb location. Fantastic room and ensuite. Paid £2 extra for full english breakfast. staff very friendly and helpful.
lovely big tellies
wouldn't mind a bigger bed
The price. Not worth more than £30a night
Very very very outdated.rubbish shower.
Location perfect for our visits to family and friends, plus business appointment on second day.
Thin duvet and only one thin pillow each! No yoghurts included in 'Continental breakfast' (always included in the Continent where we travel extensively.) However, choice of fresh fruit was a nice addition.
My 'non-smoking' room reeked of stale tobacco, the shower/bath worked very badly & the trouser press did not work at all.
Excellent staff Great location Clean
No wifi in rooms Bed very uncomfortable Dated fixtures and fittings
Convenient location. Ease of booking and checking in/out. Nice room and breakfast.
Being woken at 2.20 am and again at 3.23 am by two pairs of noisy young men - one not sure which room they were in and the other carrying a loud radio.
Staff welcoming and helpful. Lots of very hot water! Rooms comfy.
For me the location was poor due to traffic congestion.
Travelled with my grown up daughter. Was pleased that the single bed was a comfortable, proper one, not a pull out sofa bed. Reception and breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful.
Nice big car park.
There was no soap to was our hands in the bathroom, only 1 small bottle of shampoo and 1 small bottle of hair and body wash. The duvet on the bed barely fitted, there was only 1 small pillow each, and 1 sheet on the bed which is for lying on, so there was only the duvet to cover us. A sheet to lie under would have been nice.
friendly staff and general facilities. Continental breakfast was very good
The cost of the room. Continental breakfast included in the price but you could upgrade to a full English for only £2. Good location near motorway but still quiet and comfortable. Friendly helpful staff.
Maybe a little bit tatty in places, but clean and comfortable.
The 'continental breakfast' was just toast and cereal. there was an unpleasant smell of garbage in the hallway with cleaners leaving rubbish bags piled up around the fire escape. the radiator in the room was either off or uncomfortably hot. and the tap water in the room was cloudy and tasted very unpleasant.
Extremely friendly and helpful staff
not enough menu forcing you to go to the Swan next door
