The breakfast was lovely. Also a good car park The television was not good. The picture breaking up all the time. No programme could we watch properly. They are older models butbecause the weather was not good we went to the hotel earlier than planned so were dissappointed tha we had not a good t.v. viewing. Also the carpet in our room was dirty, very off putting and all patched up. The sink plug in the bathroom did not hold thewater either. WE HAD THE ROOM FOR AGOOD PRICE but there were some issues.

Spacious room, excellent value Would have liked a shower attached to bath - great to have a bath but not so quick in morning and not eco friendly. Breakfast was a little bit 'sad' (though I cant eat bread so am limited) The fruit was nearly all gone and curling up a wee bit. But value was good, coffe was great and they had sugar free muesli.

Location to Bristol city centre comfortable beds Bathrooms need updating staff on check in was rude and left me stood at the desk while she ate her food behind the back (still in view of me) also she asked me if she could take the payment from the card that I used to book with, I informed yes but the next morning I found out this was not the case and had to make a payment the next morning which didn't have me at ease as I thought payment would then have been taken twice.

Great staff and location Furniture very dated, especially in bathrooms. Needs decorating/modernising. On entering the car park there was a pile of old furniture dumped to one side.
