The room was extremely hot, only one window opened but it was on the road side which was very noisey. The bathroom light didn't switch off. |

The Hotel appeared recently refurbished and would recommend staying there for easy access to Norwich city centre, good sized, clean room, friendly staff and ample free parking |

The location was excellent, centrally situated behind the Catholic cathedral of St. John the Baptist. The buildings and decor were very nice. It was almost like staying in someone's home. I had originally booked a room at The Beeches Lodge, but was switched to the Beeches Hotel due to an electrial problem. It was a lucky accident. The traffic noise was an issue early in the morning. I wouldn't recommend staying in one of the street facing rooms if you want to sleep past 8 AM. |

Nothing. This is not a 4 star hotel as it appears on the website. It is a B&B with high prices and a ridiculous policy of cancellations only 24 hours in advance. The staff at reception the day I checked in was unnecessary irritating. Think she was a university student doing a part time job, but customers should still come first. |

Reasonable rates, walking distance to city centre, parking available, nice coffee and hot chocolate, good shower. Seriously rubbish bed/mattress, very small room, wireless internet not in both buildings (vailable only in reception building) Very late check in (4pm???) |

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a fair size for the price. The bathroom was really cold and apparntly people could see you in there through the sheer curtians, the room was number 24. |

Stay here as a matter of course. Rooms always thoroughly clean and comfortable. Very little interaction with hotel staff as always housed in seperate building to main hotel. I have never eaten here but recommend The Langtry bar across the road for ambience and good value food. |

The Hotel was decent and good value although the 4.00pm book in in was very late. We stayed in an annex away from the main building . A party of very young student types were also booked there and - you guessed it - were up till 4.30 am and brought "friends" back to their room. The Hotel needs to be aware of this. I had to ask them to be quiet and in fairness they were - for a while- but this spoiled my stay. |

The hotel was clean and comfortable but nothing special. I would be happy to visit again. The breakfast seemed pricey but there was a good little cafe close by that opened from 8.00am. |
