The Beeches Lodge

La vicinanza al centro,la discrezione(non ho incontrato mai nessuno dello staff),il prezzo tuttosommato ragionevole rispetto agli altri hotel

La pulizia della camera mi è sembrata piuttosto carente per quanto riguarda il pavimento e le tazze per la colazione(nelle camere era presente un bollitore e dei biscotti,caffè,cioccolata solubile due tazze e "un cucchiaino ecc...).La mia camera era molto calda(anche dopo aver chiuso I termosifoni)e le finestre non fornivano una buona ventilazione per cui abbiamo patito leggermente il caldo.

Noisy, stuffy room. Poor ventilation. No water glasses. This is not a complaint but an observation.

The room was extremely hot, only one window opened but it was on the road side which was very noisey. The bathroom light didn't switch off.

The location was excellent, centrally situated behind the Catholic cathedral of St. John the Baptist. The buildings and decor were very nice. It was almost like staying in someone's home. I had originally booked a room at The Beeches Lodge, but was switched to the Beeches Hotel due to an electrial problem. It was a lucky accident.

The traffic noise was an issue early in the morning. I wouldn't recommend staying in one of the street facing rooms if you want to sleep past 8 AM.

The room was clean and comfortable and very close to the centre of town.

Close to city centre and some shops just over the road from the Beeches Lodge. Staff always helpful and friendly, always try to accommodate customers.

Nothing. This is not a 4 star hotel as it appears on the website. It is a B&B with high prices and a ridiculous policy of cancellations only 24 hours in advance.

The staff at reception the day I checked in was unnecessary irritating. Think she was a university student doing a part time job, but customers should still come first.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a fair size for the price.

The bathroom was really cold and apparntly people could see you in there through the sheer curtians, the room was number 24.
