only used the hotel to sleep after a concert.

Very neat and comfortable rooms!

Very poor service from the staff. Breakfast service in the mornings was shocking...no coffee, no bowls for the cereal, no mild for the cereal...and no one to serve you! Very disappointing!

Our room was a great size. The buses into Edinburgh city centre stop just outside the hotel.

There was no lift up to the 1st floor where our bedroom was. There are also quite a few steps up to the hotel. Both of these make it difficult when travelling with suitcases.The breakfast starts at 7am but the supplies for a cooked breakfast were only delivered just after 7.10am. As we were leaving for the airport at 7.45 am, we had to select cereal etc.

The hotel was fine, the restaurant was holding a private party, so it was inconenient to get out and find another place to eat.

Easy going staff allowed for a flexible stay.

The breakfast was poor. Tea and coffee served in a flask. Breakfast was from 8 - 11am, so how long was it stewing for.

Wifi didn't reach bedroom and free Wifi was reason for staying

It was very quiet & very clean room, we had an early flight & the reception had a pack breakfast ready for us to take away. That was a lovely thought

I was very happy & do not understand the negative coments I have read as I could not find any fault & it was lovely to have a bath than the useuall shower rooms PROVIDED.i will come back here again soon. Well worth the money & buses are at your door step

easy acsess to city centre as bus stopped outside hotel, food was excellent and staff friendly

Lack of information about access to hotel after midnight. Spent 20 minutes trying to phone at 2am for access. No butter, or alternative, available at breakfast, there were local shops open! Coffee insipid. No prior knowledge that there would be no bar facilities on Boxing Day. Exterior unkempt, bathroom in need of upgrade.

Very convenient location between airport and city centre.

Dated exterior appearance, and minimal lighting in bar/restaurant area.

not much going on in the bar on a night,and the bar area was cold.

Convenient location and price

The very fancy television was so badly tuned it wasn't worth watching but since I was only there for one night and out for most of that evening it didn't matter.
