Location was great. Near the a road to leave Edinburgh, near city by bus for shopping. Hotel was a bit tired. Could do with a fresh coat of paint. Also our shower curtain rail fell down in the middle of my son having a shower. It was 2.30am so didn't report it until the next day. Not offered any refund. |

Good location for me, good beds and fair breakfast Ensuite a bit run down and management / staff extremely rude to other guests during breakfast which was entirely inappropriate and made it very unpleasant for everyone. |

The hotel is in an ideal situation for quick transport to the Airport. We were flying out very early next morning to Heathrow then on to the United States. Plenty of shops close by to buy last minutes purchases without having to go into Edinburgh city centre. We were leaving too early to have a full breakfast but the manager did offer to serve us a light one. We did not take him up on his offer but the thought ws there! There was no lift which is a problem when you are carrying heavy luggage for a forthcoming holiday. |

The nearness to the airport was of vital importance to us as we had rented a car and our flight was an early one. |

The Manager was fantastic with the greeting,he explained that the room had just been plastered at ceiling level accidental water leak above, he reduced the rate of the room for our duration. The breakfast was spot on freshly cooked.Well run hotel,Thanks to all at the Agenda. Minor thing at breakfast, staff member not fully understanding what we requested, however this was swiftly put right. |

The hotel did not take American Express card, despite it being advertised on the booking.com website. Also, the hotel was disorganized and lacking attention to detail in many areas. |

Very neat and comfortable rooms! Very poor service from the staff. Breakfast service in the mornings was shocking...no coffee, no bowls for the cereal, no mild for the cereal...and no one to serve you! Very disappointing! |

Our room was a great size. The buses into Edinburgh city centre stop just outside the hotel. There was no lift up to the 1st floor where our bedroom was. There are also quite a few steps up to the hotel. Both of these make it difficult when travelling with suitcases. The breakfast starts at 7am but the supplies for a cooked breakfast were only delivered just after 7.10am. As we were leaving for the airport at 7.45 am, we had to select cereal etc. |

Easy going staff allowed for a flexible stay. The breakfast was poor. Tea and coffee served in a flask. Breakfast was from 8 - 11am, so how long was it stewing for. |
