Good location easy walking distance to Cambridge town centre. Also had reasonable parking. It suited us as we could have a family room that we could fit four. We had a family room for 4. The room was Ok but expensive for what was offerred. The bed and breakfast was generally shoddy. though the bedrooms were more up to date. The rooms had been cleaned but were not "clean". Breakfast was extra but it was made clear to us that they would prefer notto provide breakfast as it was available elsewhere more cheaply. They were really only interested in Bed and less so in offerring breakfast.

It is relatively cheap. Rather inconvenient (too small) toilet room in the corridor. Staff (the owner iself) was not smiling, and as a result I didn't feel, that I was really welcome there.

v.disappointing - chosen for "central location" - in fact approx. 20 mins walk. dirty and shabby, breakfast not included, v.expensive and card machine broken so had to pay cash. Wi-fi intermittent. bathroom smelt of mould, bathroom door had a hole in it, there were numerous other faults. We spent £240.00 for two nights for three people in one room without breakfast. Only stayed as everywhere else full! don't believe website, especially re: location!

The owner was unwelcoming, disclaiming any knowledge of our booking. He insisted we pay cash, saying his cash machine was broken. Breakfast was to cost an extra £10.00. There was no hot water despite our repeated requests.

The rooms were spacious, clean with nice views over the garden. Kettle with tea and coffee were very useful. Staff not friendly and mistrusting. When checking in we were lead into the dining room. My elderly mother was ordered to sit down, even after telling them that we had been in a car for 4 hours and felt like to stand for a bit.
