A great welcome from hotel staff. Food excellent at any time day or night you only need to ask and its done. Nice layout of hotel rooms excellent and clean. Will return to this hotel next time in the area |

very friendly staff, easy to find, off road parking, nice relaxed atmosphere. good choice of drinks, staff ordered a taxi to go into town at no cost to us. the en suite had a strong smell of urine! carpets in hotel bathrooms are a bad idea.no bedside tables. i believed the hotel was in walking distance to kilmarnock centre, it's not! |

close to airport no interenet connection and not much effort made to get us to a room that would work. no one seem to have any idea about internet. the tv was broke. |

Customer service Noisy room from the street and noisy pipework. Cold water from the tap in the morning. No evening meal available in the hotel. |

Staff very friendly and anxious to please but ...see below!!! Hotel seemed very short of staff. Staff who were on duty were very helpful and very nice and doing their best but run off their feet. Extra staff were eventually brought in from another hotel (manor park). |

The staff were outstanding and I say that as someone who stays in hotels regularly. They looked after me incredibly well and made me feel welcome and I observed them doing the same for others. |

La gentilezza e flessibilità del personale Quando sono arrivata all'hotel mi hanno detto che era pieno e non avevano camere come le avevo prenotate io, grazie alla gentilezza del personale però abbiamo trovato un'altra sistemazione nello stesso hotel per lo stesso prezzo |
