Latitude Serviced Apartments    

was a homely atmosphere and was spacious. Was great to have a kitchen and other appliances at hand as we were travelling with a young child.

No concierge and the reception timings were very limited.

There is definitely a lack in house keeping. Rubbish bags. In stair well Bad odour in lift, complex needs painting and carpets replaced. We were expecting a great experience but ended in a o.k. stay Would we stay there again, Proberly not.

The proximity to East Croydon station means that you can get a train into Central London and be there in 15 minutes. You can also walk into the town centre.

The building was filthy dirty. The common areas had never been cleaned, and the actual apartment was not that clean on arrival. We had to buy detergents ourselves and clean the apartment (although no vacuum cleaner, the mop was broken and there were no toilet brushes). The cleaners were young and experienced and very over worked. There apparently used to be 4 cleaners but now there are only 2 cleaners tasked with trying to clean 25 apartments. They say they are serviced apartments, but there is no service at all, and they don't even provide enough cleaning equipment for you to clean it yourself. the only positive was that the sheets were clean, but even the duvet cover had cigarette holes in it. Not really a pleasant experience and definitely geared towards the low budget "hippy" type traveller.

Very comfortable and very conveniently located close to East Croydon train station with very frequent connections to London center.

The space. Finding a 2 bedroomed apartment with living space & kitchen at a reasonable price is pretty hard in London!

Standards. The rooms were poorly cleaned upon arrival (e.g. Last occupants papers still in the drawers and rubbish in the bins), and the sheets on the beds were extremely thin or ripped in places. The curtain rail was hanging off the wall etc ........

Good location, very close to East Croydon train station and tram stop, In nicer part of Croydon. Nice bathroom and kitchen.Very spacious apartment. Only booked 1 bed but got 2 bed due to availability.

Very few kitchenware, luckily I was staying only few days and hardly cooked. My apartment overlooked busy road, so bit noisy.

spacious appartment with everything you need in it. Nice balcony and quiet to sleep. Close to public transport and center of Croydon.

Some minor things were broken and fridge was quite smelly.

We were upgraded from 1 bed to 2 bed room which is awesome. Spacious. Our 3 & 1 yr old really enjoy the size. Overall, we enjoy our 17days stay. Everything u need is there, dishwasher, microwave, kitchen. I cooked mostly every night! Love it ! All equipment is really modern n high quality But overall, it was a good value for the size apart n the facilities that we have

The bad side is lack of cleaning services. We hv to ask the reception when someone will come to clean, then they come in which i think is really poor

Very well kitted for a short stay. Spacious and airy.

I did not receive the confirmation or instructions for entry on time, too late. Staff were friendly but could have been better organised.

Having an upgrade from 1 bed to 2 bed the freedom of using flat. You can wash clothes, cook light meals.

No 24 hours reception

The apartment was very clean, everything was almost new,,

No Ventilation system in the bathrooms nor in the whole apt.

Positief was de ligging Dichtbij het station. Appartement was erg rustig.

Ramen waren al maanden niet gewassen Handafdrukken van kinderen stonden nog op de glazen schuifpui. De WC bril zat los. De afvoer van de douche liep niet door Heel het appartement was stoffig. Inventaris was zeer matig Overal maar 4 stuks van.

De ligging was prima, het appartement netjes en ruim.

In het weekend geen receptie, gegevens om in te checken waren per mail gestuurd toen wij aan het reizen waren. Wij konden dus op zaterdag niet de auto parkeren in de parkeergarage van het complex. Ondanks de prijs van het appartement zat parkeren ook niet bij de prijs inbegrepen. Er waren maar 3 stoelen aan de eettafel, voor een 4 persoons appartement wat weinig. Omdat er geen receptie in het weekend was hebben we dat niet gemeld.

очень хорошее месторасположение. 100 метров большой парк. 250 метров жд. станция от куда можно добраться на трейне за 20 минут до лондон бридж, или 6-7 минут на пригородном поезде. а также влюбую часть англии по жд. тарифам. 10 минут пешком до большого торгового центра большего по площади чем шопинг центры на оксфорд стрит. 200 метров трайваи в любую часть кройдона и автобусы, в том числе экспресс x26 до аэропорта хитроу, до гетвика можно доехать на ж.д экспрессе. что касется самих аппартементов. т.е в общем твердая четверка. современный ремон. вся необходимая техника для быта, посуда. две ванные с туалетами. свой подземный паркинг (что важно для лондона) 15 фунтов в сутки если на день и по 10 если более двух дней. учитывайте что рицепшн работает только по будним дням с 9-00 до 5-00.

так как мы жили на первом этаже. с первого дня по вечерам начала течь вода по стене в коридоре, и немного вкухне над мойкой. видимо была проблема с водоотливом на втором этаже или по стояку. на просьбы устранить это недоразумение не возымело действие. много численные визиты сантехников, которые качали головой не принесли результата.

апартаменты очень просторные, интерьер лаконичный, но симпатичный (ничего лишнего). понравилось то, что чувствуешь себя полностью независимой,никто из персонала не навязывает своих услуг. все основано на доверии клиенту. конечно очень удобное месторасположение и близость к ж/д станции и, соответственно, к центру лондона.

очень не понравился какой-то химический запах в кухонной и гостиной зонах (как мы поняли, источником был водопровод, раковина и коммуникации под ней). чистота посуды, ножей, разделочной доски оставляет желать лучшего (все в пятнах и даже с остатками засохшей пищи). вообще посуды, кухонной утвари очень мало, какие-то разрозненные предметы (не из одного комплекта). антипригарное покрытие сковородки все изрезано, было страшно ею пользоваться. неожиданностью для нас было отсутствие шампуней, гелей для душа и т. д., полотенец было всего два и одно для ног. отсутствуют кондиционеры, а балконная дверь не открывалась, из-за этого было очень душно (спасались тем, что настежь распахивали окно в спальне). мало tv каналов (ни спортивного, ни музыкального). как мы поняли, такого рода апартаменты скорее всего рассчитаны на длительное проживание, и жильцы сами должны налаживать себе быт.

Месторасположение - все виды транспорта в трех минутах спокойным шагом, станция электропоездов в том числе, большая площадь номеров. Чистое хорошо выстиранное постельное белье и хорошие довольно новые полотенца, которых достаточное количество.

В силу определенных обстоятельств останавливаюсь в этих апартаментах регулярно в течение двух лет. Всегда не нравилось качество уборки и чистота номера, но в этот приезд все оказалось настолько отвратительно, что несмотря на очень удобное и замечательное расположение, несмотря на цену (по моему мнению она приемлемая), несмотря на то, что персонал не стучится в дверь ровно в час твоего отъезда и пара часов задержки не влечет для тебя доплату - больше жить в таких не убранных номерах. а точнее плохо убранных номерах не хочу. Постараюсь найти в Кройдоне для себя замену.

L'équipement de l'appartement (cuisine) est très complet et la taille de l'appartement appréciable. Décoration soignée. Londres très accessible par le train: 400 m jusqu'à la gare et des trains toutes les 5 à 10 minutes et à toute heure.

Le canapé et le lit sont trop durs. Peu de vaisselle.

La décoration sobre et élégante, la proximité immédiate de la gare de Croydon est très bien desservie

Appartement très bien équipé mais avec un manque de suivi et d'entretien : grille pain et micro-onde deffectueux. Ces petits détails gachent un peu la très bonne prestation.

Location works. Spec of apartment was good and it was clean enough though not spotless.

It must have been built to be a high spec location but is let down by low budget maintenance. There was the minimum of a kitchen starter pack but no tea towel, no loo brush, dirty windows inside and out. the walls were grubby and it's only 2 years old... Getting into the parking when you first arrive is near impossible as there is double red lines outside and clamping threats on the approach to the garage. Where do you park until you get your entry tag? I parked in the hotel next door.
