Great for overnight stay before flying early am from Manchester Airport. Good value £50 online for room for 3 adults. Around 15 to 20 mins taxi to airport approx. £12 each way

The Sat Nav took us to a street behind the hotel with no access- need to put on site that for directions stay on main road & turn by the pub. (Sorry can't remember the name.)-but no problem really-expect the residents get fed up with it though!

Good clean budget hotel with very pleasant staff. Not particularly noisy and pub next door serves acceptable breakfast and other food. Position is close to other shops and take-away if thats your preference. Reasonably sized free car park.

Location and close to a good pub for evening meals and drinks at reasonable prices.

Bathroom slightly on the small size, but that is nit-picking.

Great value and great facilities, near a great pub that servers great food.

The location was perfect for me and it was very easy to find. As a budget accommodation it was value for money. Breakfast was served by the pub within a few strides, a good choice of take a ways within yards of the building and it was clean.

It may be considered by some as in need of some tlc but for what you pay it was adequate for my needs.

I stay regularly, and there is always a warm welcome from the staff. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is well served and there is lots of choice.

Breakfast - not value for money or decent quality but it is in the pub next door which is a separate business. Better off going to Macdonalds!

The Pelican Pub- food very good, staff brilliant, entertainment unexpected but enjoyable ( a bit loud).

The check in time is a bit late.

Convenient location; rates cheaper than any Travelodge or Premier Inn in the area; friendly reception staff; room comfortable with all necessary facilities.

Only issue was that the room was very warm with limited ventilation.

Bed was comfortable. Free Wi-fi. Good hot shower. Proximity to Timperley Metrolink Station.

Curtains don't close fully (privacy!) Large potholes in parking area.

Easy location for acces to the airport

The room was too hot - window only opens a couple of inches. The heat was unbearable

Room was clean and beds were reasonably comfortable. It was also quiet. Liked the restaurant /pub next door quite reasonably priced.

The toilet was leaking at the bottom and the floor got very wet, there could potentially have been an accident. Reported it to staff in morning and they were very concerned and appologised. We didn't like the late check-in and early checkout
