The hotel owner was most attentive and happy to help with any request, e.g. ordering taxis. The breakfasts were excellent. It was very useful to have free Internet access. |

Central location. The annual service of the fire extinguishers was overdue. The room decor was dark and in need of redecoration. |

It was extremely convenient for our visit to the Harrogate International Centre and the owners were very friendly. There was no bar as advertised. It was either room service or drinks brought to the lounge which happened to be closed at 10 p.m on the Saturday night we returned to the hotel. |
