My wife and I spent our honeymoon here...on her birthday 16 years later I took her back to the hotel for a nights break. The hotel looks worse now than it did back then! Reminded me of my old bed sit 20 years ago. The room was very tatty but clean. We got woke up 3am by the couple above having a hour long fight. We did not enjoy our stay and won't be going back. Only good thing is the breakfast. My romantic gesture back fired. Stay well clear from this dump!

In the centre of Llandudno so close to shops, restaurants etc. Cheap price for an ensuite room which also included breakfast. I had a nice sea view. Decor very dated, lots of clashing patterns and colours. Not the most comfortable bed in the world and in need of upgrading. Apart from that it was fine.

Easy access and very convenient for main shopping area and the promenade in Llandudno. Our stay was for one night only and did not sample dinner that night, but will say that it smelled very good. Enjoyed the full English breakfast, which is always very welcome these days. Would not hesitate in making a return visit which I hope we will do soon. Needed the map supplied to negotiate the labyrinth of passages and stairs and tiny antiquated lift system. It was a bit of fun though. Was dissapointed with our allocated room at the rear with very little view. It was nicely decorated, very clean and adequate for one night. Not a large room, but the bathroom was tiny, a large person would despair and the washbasin just enough to emerse two hands. As was said, unlucky with the allocation I believe. There is a tiny rear car park for seven or eight cars but its very tight and not easy to get to or manoeuvre in. There is a small charge for this, but there are a few spaces on street at the front door.

A very nice breakfast. They charged my credit card on the day before my arrival, which inconvenienced me as I wished to settle the bill with a different card. They also charged me three times for one car parking space and I only managed to get one refunded.

At breakfast I was given a seat on the end of a big table right next to the tea/coffee machine/cereal areas - I would have preferred a table a bit away from the busiest area of the dining room.

Unfortunatly the hotel was fully booked so we did not get the sea view we would have liked, and we would have liked more on the menu.plus the mattress needs replacing it was really hard, on the plus side having your own parking and entertainment was brilliant,

The helpful staff The standard and size of the single room and the uncomfortable bed. Only one chair in the double room with two elderely and infirm guests needing to sit down. The lift being switched off at midnight as my mum can't use stairs if there was a problem there would have been no way to get her down from her third floor room. When I booked the room I specified wheelchair access, I also rang the hotel to confirm this however when we arrived the room allocated had 6 steep stairs to the door. This matter was rectified.

The breakfast was very good and there was plenty of places to eat and shop just round the corner. It is a very clean resort and people were helpful. We only stayed for 3 nights but one of the days our room was not cleaned and the shower would only work on the hot or very hot setting so ended up using the bath.

The Hotel is located right on the seafront, which gives some guests a great view of the bay. Its also within easy walking distance of the shopping area and the theatre.

Guests should be made aware on booking in, that, at breakfast, tables are pre-allocated by room number. We and at least one other family, being unaware of this, took the wrong tables to the "annoyance" of the dining room manageress. I would suggest room numbers on the tables.

Staff are friendly. The hotel is ok but really needs a facelift. The rooms are fairly basic and need a thorough clean up. The price reflects this though. Breakfast is quite staid and traditional, as is the bar area.
