That it was central to local amenities, ie shops , restaurants and bars , also for buses , underground subway etc ,
very close to the Botanic Gardens, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable chairs, quiet, nice bathroom
Staff. Nice place around such as the botanic garden and 20min far from city center using the bus.
A little noise in the floor rooms.
Bathroom needs updating
Quiet area and friendly staff. Clean and good breakfast.
Clean, good breakfast, just by the beautiful Botanical Gardens.
Quite far from city centre. Next to a tube station.
Receptionist attitude right from when we checked in wasn't great, no smiles, no greet, no welcome, not personalised at all , I had my wee one with me and she didn't give her a smile, she wasn't welcoming at all, next day when we checked out she took the keys right straight from the door, not a good experience at all.
Quiet location !
Street parking !
Self catering flats were very well equipped indeed
Nothing at all
In a superb location close to the museums and restaurants.
The rooms are big and cosy, I love the high ceilings. The woman at the lobby is very helpful
Bathroom is a bit old
Hotel suit us well. Breakfast was excellent. Quiet location in the heart of Glasgow's West End.
Room was very warm.
The girls serving breakfast were very friendly and helpful .
Older staff on reception very unfriendly and quite rude .
lugging our suitcases up flights of stairs.
our room 14 too hot pillar in the way
Location - right beside the park so quiet but about 3 mins walk to main roads. Staff I spoke to were friendly. Rooms were spot on, not luxurious but comfortable - room I had would perhaps have been a bit on the small side for 2 people for more than a long weekend, but more than adequate for me.
Nothing - it's a decent city centre B&B
Firm mattresses, lots of space. Clean modern bathroom. For the price of the place, it was value for money. It is not swanky or over the top. It is a comfortable, clean hotel room that even had a mini fridge. Super close to the botanical gardens but a bit of a walk away from the city centre - don't under estimate it like we did.
NOT VALUE FOR MONEY VERY SMALL ROOMS NO LIFT NO HELP FOR TAKING YOUR LUGGAGE TO 2ND FLOOR ROOM VERY SMALL BED
Hotel in good shape, location perfect, big windows etc great.
Beds very uncomfortable, had to sleep on one fully made twin bed's duvet and use the duvet off another - and still left with a sore back.
Location beside the Kelvin Walkway - a peaceful rural oasis within the bustle of Glasgow's West End. Very handy for the incredibly good food at Persia Restaurant on Great Western Road.
No food except breakfast. No bar. Cramped room. Staff not exactly typical of usual Glasgow hospitality.
Good value for money, comfortable room for visit yo west end of Glasgow. Parking is very handy (although tight for big cars) and location beside Botanic Gardens ideal.
great location for West End free Wi-Fi free parking
directions for car park could be on website or sent to customer after booking. Notice in room advertised that the hotel had a bar however there wasn't one
Very friendly reception, breakfasts good, room very good. All in all a great time and we would return and tell our friends.
Good location. Quiet. Good value for money. Clean
Nothing I didn't like.
Quiet location yet within easy reach of glasgows busy west end.
