location, comfort of mattress, cleanliness,
very small en-suite shower room
Good location between two stations. Comfortable stay.
Great location for Euston station Cleanliness of hotel and room
Room was small with little hanging space - would be not very good for a stay of longer than 3 days
The price and comfort of this hotel was very good considering the location.. Excellent for Euston station. Fabulous breakfast can't fault it
Okay, we did only stay for one night! But the staff where very friendly. And the rooms were a big size, nice modern bathrooms. Fast free wifi, big tv, and free tea and coffee! And all for a very reasonable price! (Considering it was in the middle of London) Would definitely stay again!
Bed and lined OK
Dirty, heavily stained carpets in room. Small room. Unresponsive service
Great Room Great wifi Good staff attitude.
I had a single room which was small as expected for London but the bed was very comfortable and I asked for a quiet room and was given one - no street noise, no noise from adjacent rooms. Perfect for a restful night. Staff very accommodating. Restaurant very nice as well. Have stayed at Ambassadors several times now and it remains my hotel of choice for London.
Convenient location right opposite Euston station. Good size room for the price. Hotel facilities; including gym, restaurant, bar etc.
Voucher system to save money on breakfast and dinner.
Location, price, friendly helpful staff, very quiet room.
Currently undergoing renovation.
Location, the breakfast.
The rooms are very small. The wardrobe in the room is tiny.
Close proximity to Euston station and underground
Room was rather cramped. Wet room was a surprise, was of a high specification, but missed having a bath.
Location - 2 minute walk from Euston Station Very Clean Good room facilities
Loud extractor fan in my room Uneven bed
Very nice room, friendly helpful staff, huge bed, comfortable, great coffee machine. Couldn't fault anything, ate in the hotel and the food was excellent, as was the wine. Would not hesitate to stay again.
The lighting in our room was very good, nice and bright for a change. Coffee machine was excellent
The room was a little on the small size but we were not spending very much time in it, so didn't really matter.
Room service, comfort, location, cleanliness, staff, food.
Everything was perfect!!
The service was excellent, and the room very comfortable
Location, friendly helpful staff and a great nights sleep
Buffet Breakfast is a little limited, but what was on offer was very satisfying.
Location close to Euston station, quick check in & out
Found one of the soups used, value for money,
Location, decor, comfort, coffee machines in the bedrooms, modern bathrooms, high quality bed linen
Staff very friendly & helpful. Very comfortable bed. Bottles of water in your room
Lack of storage near the shower for your toothpaste & toiletries.
Wifi was slow and was not working for the most of my stay which was over a week. Given that the booking was made including Wifi it was particularly annoying and the staff could not fixed the issues for 4 days. I would only recommend this hotel for one or two nights stay. This is not 4 star hotel. Cleanliness is to be improved.
there was nothing we could complain about everyone was very friendly and helpful which contributed to an excellent stay thanks
The hotel is right by Euston station and very convenient for travel. We were only there one night and liked the wet-room style bathroom, the doorbells for each room (!) and the lighting options. The hotel honoured our request for a higher-up room, which was great; and even with the windows open we didn't notice any traffic noise (though we are heavy sleepers).
Our room (612) overlooked the halls for UCL so we made sure to keep the slats of the blinds closed! There was also some minor cosmetic damage inside the window frames (holes in the plaster board) and one of the bed lamps wasn't secured. This was slightly disappointing in an upgraded room.
