Score from 2096 reviews Very good
It's near to Kings Cross and St Pancras. Very helpful staff our room wasn't ready as we arrived early but the receptionist rang through to housekeeping and we got accommodated. The room was small but clean with plenty of towels and toiletries. Free wifi in bedrooms unlike some other London hotels.
Nothing really a bigger room would have been nice and a smaller bill but that's London!
The rooms are well designed and the room facilities are very well thought out. The hotel is in a great location. Even though our room was at the front of the building there was no traffic noise which was great for a good nights sleep in the centre of London. The staff are also very professional and helpful.
The only criticism would be that the lights in the bar area are far too bright so it loses any sense of intimacy. Regardless of that we will definitely return.
We only booked standard rooms which are compact but were very clean and had all we needed for a two night city break. Great location: very convenient for train, bus and underground links. Would definitely stay again.
It was too noisy to leave the room window open for fresh air, which was disappointing. Though our rooms were at the front this was not due to the traffic but possibly air con units outside the windows.
Location Staff Decor Restaurant (at night)
Proximity to kings cross and euston Access to west end Large bed Modern and stylish
The restaurant provided us with a lovely pre-theatre meal. The glazing in the bedroom kept the noise of the main road out. Air con was quiet. The wet room was small but serviceable. Towels large and fluffy. Large tv. Tassimo machine and kettle.
location and staffs
A short stroll from Euston and Kings Cross stations, or Russel Square. Reception friendly, and had no problems with storing luggage before check in, or after checking out if you don't want to head off straightaway. The double room was acceptably sized. A 'Queen sized' bed it says, five foot in case you're wondering, although I didn't measure it. The blueberry pancakes for breakfast were delicious.
The traffic outside on the Euston Road never stops, but you can't do anything about that.
The staff were very helpful and the room was clean and comfortable.
I thought the price was a tad expensive
Good business hotel.Great bed and amenities .Very good location
Too many furnitures for the room size
Location was excellent for the stations and also into the City
Real value and good room for London
They gave me a quiet room off the street - double glazing, good room-to-room noise insulation as well
Its a well located hotel, 2 mins walk from Euston Station. You can get to central london in 5 to 6 mins from Euston Station.
I wish the rooms had a bit more space as sometimes it use to get difficult to even place the suitcase.
3 mins walk to London Euston and Euston square station Bright lighting
Not a single rack near basin. Shower and toilet are not separate so the floor get wet
As a business traveler , I found the location very good ,walking distance to King x station and Euston station ,delicious high quality breakfast options ..
Good central location. Comfy beds and good shower.
Excellent location, perfect customer services, very clean and cozy place.
Poor staff service
No free wifi small TV and had to pay over inflated price to watch films
Staff were very helpful
Location, 10 mins walk from king's Cross
Single room quite small but I guess it is to be expected in london
location and price..
receptionist was a bit rude.. they also ask for 50 pounds advance which was kinda strange and they have not mentioned it anywhere in the terms
Easy to get to from King's Cross, very comfortable room, very clean bathroom, friendly and helpful staff.
Minor quibble over the kettle in the room - flex too short to reach the socket.
Location for trains, University, British Library; Reception area with outlets and wifi to work; nearby coffeeshops; quiet despite main street; efficient reception staff; clean
Small rooms (typical in London though); few electrical outlets; weak wifi at times with drops; expensive breakfast (go out)
The £30 of food for £20 offer in the restaurant was good
Some cosmetic damage in the room needs fixing
