Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Rooms are quite small (even the double rooms). So small that you cannot walk around the bed. If you get x11 room, you will not see much of daylight though you will have a huge bathroom designed for disabled. It will be also very quiet. Brekafast buffet is basic but you can order food. In short, breakfast is not worth the price they charge. |

The Bedrooms are very small, and it is expensive. The internet did not work but nobody bothered to tell you until you complained. Very noisy all night long. Batrooms very small. |

Well situated, staff are great, small rooms with cold minimalist furnishing style - prices are at the top end of what could be deemed reasonable for its size though |

The location close to Kings Cross/ St Pancras and Holborn Stations. The front counter staff very courteous and helpful and the breakfast was good Room was too small (401) with zero hanging space in wardrobe and there was not enough room to work comfortably. I need hotels that suit proximity to railway stations as I am carrying luggage. At this room rate I expected a larger room |

Good location, short walk from Euston Station. Clean room, Pleasant atmosphere in hotel. Free Wifi, Safe in Room, Staff was helpful when I needed something. Small Single room is ok for me, bed was comfortable. I am ok with small room (booked small single). What I did not like is the shower set up (shower floor extends to sink, WC) - I think a shower stall is better than this! Strong smell of cleaning disinfectant. |

Attractive contemporary design, helpful and efficient staff and well located for train station and other public transport. Our double bedroom was rather small for a 2 night stay for 2 people with no drawer space for clothes and a small shower room. |

The location is very convenient, the room is very modern and clean. The rate is reasonable, specially good for the fact that the internet connection is free. the single room is very small and the view from the window is toward the small court surrounded by the wall which looks a little bit like the prison. |

My single room was tiny. It was just impossible for any person to spend any time in that room. |

Meet & Greet of clients - ease and comfort My room was next door to the lift, and the doors continually opening was a disruption during the night. |

Its location to railway station. Bus stop directly outside hotel. Breakfast included in room rate. Very little wardrobe hanging space. Had to live out of suitcase. |

Comfortable, but small rooms. Efficient staff The noise from the air conditioning system from the hotel across the street was intrusive and I would not stay in this hotel again nor recommend it to friends |
