very good connection to public transport, sound isolated windows the room was very small with only a single bed, although it has been my second stay in this hotel for several nights, I found that disappointing; the power sockets could only be used with an adapter for three-pin plugs |

The room was small but excellently fitted out for a one or two night stay. The bathroom was a wet room and was well designed using maximum available space. Hotel reception were friendly and breakfast was good too. |

Location, cleanliness , propely working and regulated ac and quiet place - these were my main conditions while I was searching for a hotel and I found them all when staying at the Ambassadors Bloomsbury: it's very close to the centre (in fact, we walked to the hotel from the Trafalgar square, and even Big Ben), a tube station is a mere 3 minutes away, many bus stops around, as well as one of starting points for Original Sightseeing tours. Our twin room's window was looking out to a quiet street so we were able to sleep well despite the closiness of big and busy avenues. Oxford Street was within walking distance, if you don't mind walking through London streets to get there, which we personally found very entertaining. Beds were very clean, just like at home and that was important to us too. Safety deposit box was very handy for storing our passports and it was great to be able making tea and coffee in the room. We can't think of a single thing. Maybe having a little refrigerator would be nice,as we were buying fruits in the evenings and kept some for mornings, but I really do not know if it's common for hotels to include a refrigerator with room's facilities and it's really not a big deal if there's none. |

The rooms were clean and comfortable, staff were happy to assist. The hotel looked and felf very nice. We were bit unhappy that there was banging and drilling going on from about 8am untill 9.30am that woke us up and kept us up on Wednesday morning. |

The hotel is in a good location, being either a pleasant walk or a short tube journey from Oxford Street and the West End. The staff are friendly and the inlcusive full english breakfast (served until 11am during our stay) meant the deal we obtained through Booking.com represented very good value for money. |

The location was great, the hotel looks and feels upmarket and the breakfast was lovely. We had booked 3twin rooms but were given 3double rooms instead and had to wait to be re-roomed and still ended up with one king room instead of the twin originally booked. This upset me a little as we were short on time and had to wait around for this to be solved. |

Clean room, if a little basic. Efficient and quick check-in/out process. The hotel is well situated if you are travelling to and from Euston rail station. Very expensive hotel bar, with a compulsory 'service charge'. Our room had a really small shower room. |

Great location. The room was quite small, but perfectly adequate. Particularly liked the wet-room style bathroom - good shower. |

Location good for central London & mainline stations. A little too minimalist in decor. |

Staff were very charming/helpful. Room was spotlessly clean. Liked for proximity to Euston Station. Only negative is lack of storage space in the room and bathroom. |

Excellent customer service and ideal location. The style of the hotel is very contemporary and modern which is excellent. The breakfast was fantastic! The room was a little small but otherwise excellent. I wouldn't pay the rach rate of £255 a night but the special rate of £139 including breakfast was reasonable. |

It is a lovely hotel, stylishly remodelled. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent. The room was small but it had everything we needed. Nice comfy beds and flat screen tv, with internet etc.The bathroom had a full bath and shower. The bathroom had a glass door, stylish but not very private! |
