Ignoring the very poor reviews we booked anyway. We arrived early to the non automatic door which was opened for us, we were able to leave our bags for £5 until it was time to check in so we could dissapear without luggage. The whole Hotel outside and in were immaculate, we were met by a young lady and later a gentleman who were pleasant, bar staff and waiting staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in a basement triple room which was perfect in size, clean and comfortable and not noisy at all. We did not have breakfast as there is a pub round the corner that opens at 8.30 and I had the best breakfast ever for half the price of the Hotel. We would book this hotel again, our 7 year old loved it. Walking distance to museums and tube. Excellent stay. We ordered shwarmma from the hotel menu evening menu and it came from a takeaway. It was very tasty and cheap but why offer a menu when its not cooked on the premises, it could have come from anywhere!

The hotel was close to Earls court tube station, and had many bus routes passing nearby. Rooms were very small, and noisy. The automatic door is still broken, and you can hear everything your neighbour does.

Friendly staff. They provided an eletric heater since the room one was not working. All the staff in a hotel should be trained for an emergency, such as fire. We had a situation during the night with the fire alarm and no one in the hotel knew how to turn it off.

Was worried after reading reviews but was hugely surprised, all the staff were very friendly, my room was immaculate and cleaned everyday. It was comfortable, relaxing and quiet. Would go back again as ideal location and the price was excellent.

The location is excellent. The rooms are clean. Bathrooms vary dramatically. Some are so small the door hits the toilet and the shower is too small to actually stand in without part of your body touching the wall. Some have a nice tub and plenty of room. If I ever went again I would have to have specific details on which bathroom I was getting.

Close to all amenities - tube, parking, restaurants, Stamford Bridge. Situated in a nice part of London. Rooms and beds were very small and uncomfortable.

The smallest room ever. I thought of dropping the bag out of the room. Sometimes I think booking.com customers are awarded the worst places. But that was not the worst. Rudness of staff. When complaining, in sober and polite tone, about having the room locked one day at night, for a problem in payment (not even my fault), receptionist decided to escalate the talk and answered as if he was talking to his staff. No notion of what a customer is whatsoever.

The Continental breakfast was really very good as was the clean room, fresh towels daily and all surfaces very clean and sanitised. When my sister and myself arrived (we are visually imparied and have white sticks) with five suitcases I struggled without help to get all of this baggage to room 316. The doorman stood by and did nothing whatsoever to help and this was not a very good begining to our stay. We did get a larger room due to the one booked was too small. I had previously emailed your hotel of the amount of luggage we were bringing but this was iobviously overlooked. Christina on reception was very good at her job, however, most of the other staff did not offer any help when I tried to get breakfast food and hot tea. We are visually handicapped people and your staff ignored that which is not very good for business. Staff need to undertake a pr course, the doorman needs replacing and noise from downstairs at all hours of the night need to be fixed quickly. No we ere not very impressed with the service at all.

The room was very clean and everything was quite new. Inside the room it does not seem you are in the same hotel. It is located in a nice and quiet street and 7 minutes walk from Gloucester Road tube station. The building is in a very bad shape. It is the first time I find an "automatic" entrance door that you have to manually open because it does not work. The ceilings are full of cables and what looks like unfinished work.
