Excellent value for money and location. Helpful staff. Previous reviews unfair, if you want more, go to the Hilton and pay the difference. Tv quite dated and poor reception. A general renovation couls improve this hotel quite a lot, unfotunately their prices wlould too, fair enough.

Excellent location, nice staff and the room was clean. - The room was extra-small, the bed was the same size of the room; - Very bad soundproof, you could heard every room in the building; - The room floor was a very old and used carpet; - The shower was extremely small and had a curtain that allowed water to flood in the floor; - Very old and bad functioning instruments (in the bath and in the room); - The walls were racked.

The staff was courteous. The location is excellent. It is very close to both Earl's Court and Gloucester Road metro stations with many eating joints and grocery stores at walking distance. Hotel service of cleaning was good and the room was kept clean. The double room we occupied was two small with not enough space to sit and keep our luggage. We also took a triple bed room which was too cramped up without even a chair to sit. Price was also high for a double as well as a triple room. There was no complimentary breakfast, a drawback.

Friendly Staff and clean. Room extremely small and no space at all. Too hot and very noisy internally, due to boiler.

I liked the convenent nsituation for underground and Museums I thoiught the room was on the smallsize but ok for just a couple of nights, but I did not like the fact there was no door on wardrobe and no drawer in desk or bedside table. The bathroom was small but clean but the paint work of the door frame and the skirtings badly needed attention. My main criticism was that the hotel was too hot for comfort and due to work being carried out the bar/cafe/breakfast facilities were non-extstant.

The location was ideal for our travel purposes, handy location to the tube with pubs nd shops. Very clean just lacked some ambience. Ideal for those who need a place to put their heads down at night and that was the sole purpose of our trip. All of the staff from the front desk to the hotel maids were very friendly and accommadating. It is always great if one can have wifi in their room instead of heading down to the hotel lobby, I found this inconvienent as well as having to pay for it. One other item is the elevator! It seemed to have issues at times, we were thankful to be on the second floor so we could use the stairs instead.

There was a squashed cockroach on the bathroom floor, the room was dirty, was not comfortable - the bed mattress dipped in the middle and needed replacing, the tv did not work and the room smelt of newly applied paint - I awoke with a headache, I would not recommend staying here.

The bed was very comfortable, hotel reception staff were friendly and the hotel is very near to Earl's Court tube station and the high street. The room needed a paint job but was comfortable. The taps in the bathroom needed to be turned several times before any water would come out.

It was fairly near where I needed to be. The room was small and hot, without proper ventilation. The shower room/toilet was unbearably TINY. The shower room was dirty around the edges, likewise the carpet, there was no chair and the TV remote did not work.I took photographs and complained to the management at the time and intend to complain some more. I had to pay extra for breakfast.

Good location for Earls Court Gave us room key for wrong room which meant we walked into an occupied room. Rooms are tiny, much too small for twin beds. Very hot and stuffy You can hear too much noise from other rooms.

This is my second time in this hotel, so I exactly knew what to expect. I hope that ongoing renovation will not affect price as I am planning to return :-) There is a Sainsbury's just across the street with Starbucks open till midnight, good for quick bite and coffee. Bed was a bit too soft for me...but again that is my opinion. Bed matraces are due to be replaced at least in room where we've been.
