The hotel is keeping credit card details on paper in an unlocked cabinet. My credit card was cloned as a result. Do not trust them with your details.

Location is amazing.

Cold room, charge for Wi-Fi and leaving your bags at the hotel the last day, room could use an overhaul, faucet splitted into a cold and a warm and no fridge.

Room was rather small Not a lot of storage space No free Wi-Fi (costs 5 pounds a day) but this is rather normal for London

Convenient location.

The Shower did not work but worst of all the shower doors were so stiff that I could not move them and I got stuck inside and needed help to get out. This is not acceptable and needs attention. Reception was busy when we left or I would have reported it there and then. Room 121

Having booked a luxury room I was very disappointed to find that I had what appeared to be a box room. I have spare rooms at home bigger and better equipped. The lack of drawer and cupboard space was terrible. and no air conditioning nor fridge. Many hotels today have Wi Fi and Sky TV as standard. Allin all I was very unhappy with my room and could not reccommend anyone to your hotel nor would I consider revisiting.

Easy to find, central location near to Gloucester Rd Tube station. Friendly and helpful staff on reception and in the bar.

Rooms are far too small and there is very little room to move, especially if there are 2 of you. Not really worth the £93 (excluding breakfast).

The hotel was full when we got there but they sent us to the Central Park HOtel which was fantastic

They tried to give us another room in another hotel in a completely different area for some unclear reasons, and they did the same with other guests after us. We refused to take the other room but other people didn'T. I think that is simply unacceptable.

Noisy - noise from outside room & from inside room with noisy radiator.

The layout of the hotel. Great location. Helpful staff especially the receptionist.

The TV only offered English language channels, which doesn't cater for international visitors.

Fitted the purpose

Didn't like having a family room with no window. I wouldn't have booked it if I realised that.

Located within 10 minutes walking from Earl's court and Gloucester Rd underground stations.

The room was extremely tight: I had to climb over one bed to get to the other. Beds are on wheels (why?!) rolling away if you sit up and lean on the wall (or try to squeeze yourself between it and the wall instead of climbing over). Rubbish was not collected on room cleaning.

Location and access to the tube stations

The shower was completely unacceptable and uncofortable. It was very narrow and the surrounding curtain kept stuck on me preventing me from having a proper shower. Also the internent access was charged and there was not even a free internet access in the reception lobby!

The staff were excellent! Friendly. Helpful. Attentive. The hotel was spotlessly clean and had a great atmosphere, location was fabulous.

Very small rooms and no bar fridge.
