Given some of the reviews read on line we were a bit concerned asto what we would find, but our room on the third floor was clean and functional - possibly a bit small, but we wern't there to playtable tennis! Offered good value, with comfortable bed. Great to have bath rather than shower. Visiting Olympia so good location also. We couldn't control the central heating and the room was too hot whilst sleeping, the traffic outside was a little nosy with the window opened. |

This is a budget hotel which is close to Metro stations and is thus convenient to stay if you want to visit London. It may be okay to stay one or two nights but rooms are in need of repair and maintenance. |

The only thing that I liked is the location , as we had good access to the places we wanted to visit. very small rooms with old radiators that could not be adjusted , windows that did not open e.t.c. |

It was very close to two Underground Stations, staff was friendly and very helpful. Could not get an outside connection from my room telephone and the staff seemed to be incapable of fixing the problem, so I had to make my private calls at the reception. |

fair value for money. Everything worked. Everything was sufficiently clean. Everyone was sufficiently helpful and knowledgeable. Wasn't the Ritz but was I all expected for the money I paid. |

i found the beds very comfortable, which made the stay a good one! i did feel that the temperature of the room was always far too warm, and with the windows not opening very far it was quite difficult to stay cool. |

Very close to where we needed to be (Earls Court), staff were very helpful and the room met our needs perfectly. Flush for our toilet didn't work very well and would have preferred to have a duvet for the bed rather than a sheet and a blanket. |

Close to London City and tube station We got stuck in a basement room which was small and cramped. It was accesable only by stairs with no lift service. The T.V. service is very poor with only the 5 free to air channels available. The reception staff did not have great customer skills. Will not be back. |

Room was of reasonable size for price. Hotel main Lift never worked properly. 3 to 4 times I have to go up or come down from fifth floor using staircase. Staff/emergency lift is small and in bad condition. Room heating system did not worked at all. On request I was provided with a small room heater though. Pre--booking through booking.com may get you this hotel at cheaper price but if you intend to extend you stay then hotel may charge you upto double the the amount you paid for. Communication among various shift staff was very poor as I was called to checked on whether I have made the payment (Which I did in Advance). I was also called un-necessarily twice, mainly because of staffs communication gap.Check out time is 11am. Only recomend this hotel to people on tight budgets |

It's a modern hotel well situated for transport further into central London. My single room was quite small ( narrow ) but everything I needed was there the en-suite shower-bathroom £wc clean if also rather compact. If possible book a double at same price. I was told this is possible on-line. After 6.30pm until 8.30am you can park in the street if on single yellow line or pay & display bay. Not on residents parking ( fine £120 ) |

The room we were given has a broken blind, a view of a brick wall, the bathroom was not clean with mould on the tiles. No bin in the bedroom and it was so small if a larger person had been given this room the would not have been able to get past the bed! The people in the room next door kept my family and i awake all night, by slamming doors, i did report this the next day and the staff did say i should have phoned reception and complained at the time, which i did agree with. |
