Very very bad language from a member of reception staff towards a person at door of hotel. This was very upsetting as we had a child with us who heard it all.
The type of the room is different with that i booked online. Overall, i'm not satisfied with it.
"You Get What You Pay For"! Good location. Helpful staff. Adequate facilities.
Creaky boards on Floor 6 make it rather noisy!
Paying 5 ponds to let my suitcase before Check in.
Convenient location, within walking distance from to the tour bus stops and trains. Friendly staff.
The small rooms weren't too bad. Really hard beads with really hard pillows. If you are only staying a couple of days, the bed is tolerable, but I wouldn't stay any longer. Had to pay for internet and meals.
Having to pay to store luggage for a few hours
Low waterpressure and difficult to balance hot/cold. Rooms were badly planned out with tv in a cabinet, so u couldnt see it from bed, only one plug in Room, no heat in radiators, no respect for " do not disturb" sign on door, Lots of noise from hallway and Think walls, so u could hear everything in the next Room!
Friendly staff and location
Uncomfortable bed, the tiniest shower I have ever seen, noise from other rooms as doors / walls so thin.
Room was too small didn't include breakfast couldn't find anywhere to park not very good value for money
Price and location
Room was a bit small
Love the reception and the environment.
The mattress was not too good for people with waist pain. Secondly did not like the idea of deducting a nights rent long before my arrival from my account. It gives me a feeling of insincerity on the part of the hotel.
Very good location. Helpful and polite staff. Very clean.
Handy for transport and sightseeing
Location and cost
The shower would only accommodate people under 5 foot 6 inches and at 6 foot 1 inch it was very difficult to use. Had great difficulty turning the TV on. Needed another blanket
Location is great, food was excellent from the room service and the reception/bar area looks nice.
Staff were a bit cold, didn't even get a goodbye when we checked out. I think the photos of the rooms don't really show what they're really like. Our toilet was covered in stains and the room was tiny in a desperate need if some modernising.
The hotel clean and tidy
Room was very basic and more like a box room than a bedroom.
It was cheap and clean, and for the price admittedly it did the trick.
After I checked in around 11:30 I received a call someone claiming to be from reception, asking if I was watching the porn channels. I said no, to which the reply was "would I like to watch the porn channels". Again I said no, the reply was "but they're free". I hung up, I was tired and I wanted to sleep. I received another call 20 minutes later which simply put simply was myself and the other party exchanging hello's. I hung up and unplugged the phone. I went to sleep (on a rather hard matress) and was woken several times between the hours of 7 and 10 AM due to deliveries, cleaners or otherwise. Overall a bad nights sleep. Cheap and not cheerful.
Clean, friendly and great location, 5 min walk to tube.
the staff cleaned every day the location
the lack of windows!! noise of the air vents the breakfast was not included
Location and price
Bathroom very small
Within easy walking distance of Earls Court tube station.
The single room was little wider than my outstretched arms. The only hotel in the UK I have ever stayed in where the Check-in staff do not take pre-approved credit card limit to pay for meals etc. Refused room service initially until I arranged further payment . Breakfast (buffet) was appalling - left after a cup of tea. Better facilities in youth hostels when I was young, 45 years ago.
The location was good with The tube station a 5 minute walk away.
Room was tiny and no air con. We had to pay extra for wifi which in this day and age is unbelieveable. I was also shocked to discover we had to pay extra just to leave our luggage for a few hours which I have never had to do before.
Small room, very small bathroom, noise from aircon outside window and rather expensive for what we got
Location (Near Earl's Court) Friendly Staff
No Air Conditioning in room Old Bathroom Breakfast
Very hot very small very expensive
