The room i was give at first three days, and then i discovered that other rooms i have seen are sooo bad
the dirtness of my room in my rest of stay, the paid wifi, the toilet
tiny room,horrible matress,tiny shower,noise from builders
Convenience for Gloucester Rd Underground and access to Central London, The City and West End
Limited breakfast choice. No gluten free products available No Toilet brush Bins not emptied before our arrival Pool lighting generally. Light needed over mirror in bathroom. Sink plug not engaging. Lack of storage particularly drawers and the open wardrobe for coats is not practical ie storing front to back. It is a modern idea that does not work.
The bathroom was tiny and in bad repair, shower head did not stay up, I am 6ft 4 and normal build but struggled to fit into and use the shower, the toilet was also so close to the wall that I had to lean away from it to use
- good location (5 min from the subway station) / bonne situation géographique (5 min depuis le métro) - nice staff / personnel agréable - clean, no odour (as indicated in other comments) / propre, pas d'odeur (comme remarqué dans d'autres commentaires)
- no windows / pas de fenetres - really too small double-bed (lit trop petit)
The location was good and also people there are quite helpful. When I arrived the heater was not working but they changed my room immediately.
When I arrived the heater was not working
Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. Very well located. Plenty of eateries in area. Good transport links. Excellent value for money.
Room a little on small side. Breakfast quite expensive at £15.00, so we ate elsewhere.
The rooms were cold.
The hotel was near the Gloucester tube and very convenient and central . Nearby breakfast shops are good and its walking distance to the museums..
The shower control for hot water was not working so it was too hot to wash your hair we just had to shower quickly. A lot of noise very early in the morning 7 am from above, footsteps most likely from the kitchen or stairways ..Extra charges for wi fi not so great and when i requested to borrow an electrical converter to charge my telephone they did not have any and was not helpful at all on the telephone..
The location of earls court and the staff were friendly enough.
The room was tiny. You could only half open the door of the bathroom as the toilet was in the way. The carpet was stained in the roommate and hall ways and you had to pay for wi fi which I believe should be apart of your room cost.
The location of hotel was good and the staff were helpful
The rooms were very small and you had to pay for wifi
peaceful, comfortable, great staff
Good location. Price was ok,but we just got what we paied for. Very simple hotel.
Very smal room. The doublebed was a smal sized one. Moled, black,in the shower. Dirty curtains. The radiator in the room was very hot. Not possible to adjustement.
Location, cleanliness, reception staff great
No free wi fi
Nice staff, very clean
Wifi was £1 per hour Bag storage was £5 per room.
the absence of wi fi
Booked and paid for deluxe double room but the room same as the standard room picture. Requested high floor deluxe room but got a small standard room at 1st floor, with window facing the kitchen ventilation port. Poor sound proof, can hear clearly people walking/talking in the walkway.
Its a standard Earls Court Hotel
No tempory parking in front of hotel while booking in. Three residents parking bays directly in front of hotel, should be at the very least paid parking by the hour!
In all my years of travel, this is the first time that I have ever had a room with no windows. Yes, we were in the basement and I did not see the fine print that said that my booking could put me in such a room. In this day and age, I do not think one should be paying for internet in a hotel, especially when the room is in the area of $150 or more. On top of that, there is only one code per person and not per room.
Good easy reception and registration if prebooked. Bathroom and Bed ok No name please
Double bedroom could be bigger. One could hear next door banging Furniture need refurbishment ( I was on 6th floor)
Value for money, decent, quite small but very comfortable. Shower is actually too small but if managed to enjoy it.
Nothing to complain about; I would stay there again.
Close Distance from Train Station.. A very Reasonable Price... Very Clean and Good Facilities.. The Staff was also very Friendly...
location, friendly staff, value for money, nice bar and reception area, the wifi works well on upper floors (last time i was in basement and it didn't work)
this time just the tv was at very high up and too close so I had to watch at weird angle (first world problem, I know, but it was annoying), still don't like having to pay for wi-fi...you are selling AIR!
Location was fantastic, room was clean and comfortable.
Upgraded to Deluxe Double Room - which barely fit two people. Charging for wifi seemed excessive, but this seems to be a London thing.
